Everything was good until my check out.Upon check out my landlord which this agency was representing attempted to charge me £100 initially to replace lightbulbs which were not working in the first place. They said the claim is that high as call out charges for a contractor would cost that much. It?s absolutely ridiculous that they try to take advantage of tenants at check out and hold your deposit hostage. When I rejected the £100 charge they then dropped it down to £50. When I rejected that my deposit went to dispute where the independent adjudicator themselves said the tenant cannot be liable for replacing something I was not responsible.If you go with this agency remember that the law does not allow the landlord or letting agent to claim ?new for old? from the tenant?s deposit. This would result in the landlord or letting agent receiving a better item or more money than the item would have been worth at the end of the tenancy.This agency will take advantage of you if you don?t know your rights as a tenant.

Daniel Derbyshire at the Camberwell Green office was amazing. He provided a professional and friendly service , keeping me informed (at times which suited me) of events and suggesting options to deal with issues as they arose. He listened to my concerns and found workable solutions. Daniel made the whole experience as stress-free as selling a house can be and I would highly recommend him.
