We hired a plate compactor, delivery was fine, everything worked. But when they told us they were coming to collect it no one showed. We waited In all day for it to be collected but no body came, then when we called the next day they said we weren't there (not true). Que is literally out to the front door the guy serving obviously needs help from other staff , loads of Hss workers standing around in wear house. Been waiting for around 40mins so far, I have work to carry out so it’s affecting my day. ?
