Went into the Covent Garden store. They gave me a whole demonstration and allowed me to try 2 flavours. The girls talked me through the VIP card service, to which I signed up for! I ended up buying the Velvetiser and It was amazing! I also bought the new pecan flavour hot chocolate? Great store, great service. They were all so helpful and a real joy to shop with.

Had great service at Covent Garden store today, the three young girls were so helpful and accommodating. I have a gluten intolerance and they really helped me out. Would definitely come back! Great service :)

Appalling service from the staff, sitting on counters, playing phones out loud, making audible comments about customers then sniggering. Avoid going in here, choose elsewhere in Covent Garden.

Talk about yum! 1. I was walking down the street and came in because I saw a picture of their hot chocolate and am so glad I did. 2. They have different kinds of hot chocolate to choose from, which is great, but the best part is you can add chocolate whipped cream on top. 3. This hot chocolate is the best hot chocolate I've tasted. It was so rich and smooth, and the whipped cream was so perfectly light and chocolatey. 4. As for the store, they have so many different chocolate products, like they have a shelf of all of their bon bons. I left with a bag of different bite-sized chocolates to have a little tasting at home. My favorite is the raspberry panna cotta. 5. This spot is perfect for a hot chocolate break and for souvenirs.

I?ve been using this lovely shop to get my daily coffee and any chocolate treats/pressies if need. Lovely and very helpful staff, Maria, Coco and Hana. Maria welcomes you with a big smile every time you go there. It?s a pleasure to shop there :-)

We visited this place in mid June 2024 and before even mentioning the dreamy Chocolates you can get hete, I must mention the wonderful service atmosphere. We sat thete for more than an hour, enjoying our coffee and people watching. The staff was superb!! So considerate, polite and friendly. I especially want to mention Ben, who was the nicest, most sweet and helpful person. He was so extra kind to me, thank you Ben for your support! As for the rest.. If you want to visit Chocolate heaven, this is the place for you! The drinks are topped with fluffy soft Chocolate cream.. It's fantastic!

What a wonderfull place, the Covent Garden Café & Cacao Vaults! The hot chocolates are delicious, especially the salted caramel and mandarin one. Abbey is an incredible sweet person, helping you out with any question and always with a smile! :-) We left the place feeling really happy!

Lovely little shop! I got the hazelnut praline drink, wasn't my favorite because it tasted watery. But the chocolate whip on top was absolutely to die for.
I forgot to bring water to take my meds and the lady at the counter gave me a glass of water. It had round ice cubes which I just loved.
Very nice staff!
Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance and store is wheelchair accessible. Wide isles. Low counter. Staff can grab things high up, but they are relatively visible.
