It allows you to pick a carer based on their actual experience, training, or personal interests to suit your own requirements . All carers work on a self-employed basis, meaning staff can earn higher wages than with just your standard care agency. This helps to attract and retain carers on a long-term basis and provides consistency of care to the service users.

Tomas has been amazing. I called late last night requesting urgent care and I was at breaking point due to worry and stress due to inability to get care last minute as other care companies let me down despite promising to get me immediate care! . Tomas got care sorted overnight so that I had it in place on the day. The Carer (Brian) is fantastic also, so caring, attentive and highly experienced. Thank you so much for your help! You should be getting outstanding from CQC.
