Everything is priced 3 for 2, to try to get you to buy more than you need. I walked up to pay for 1 item and the 3 for 2 sales pitch was launched upon me verbally. These upsell marketing tactics are manipulate and annoying. Taking my business elsewhere.

When I opened the box my supplement came in, the lid of the jar was broken, with a jagged edge. When I returned this to the shop around thirty minutes later to request a replacement, the staff member (possibly the duty manager) suggested I might have dropped the box or jar and broken the lid. He was reluctant to replace the product because 'I can't resell this' and encouraged me to keep the jar even though the broken lid was an obvious safety risk. I did get a replacement but accusing customers of dishonesty and trying to persuade them to keep defective merchandise is hardly the level of service I've come to expect from Holland and Barrett over the many years I've shopped there.

Very rude man at closing time today, kicked me out at 8pm sharp implying that I wouldn?t buy anything. I had products in my hand but left them behind since he was so rude. Very unprofessional staff, high prices.

H&B always has a bunch of offers and deals, as well as a student discount, so I like to buy stuff from here frequently.
I always collect my H&B parcels here, usually from Keith. He's pretty reserved, but I find him friendly, so it's always nice to see him whenever I collect my parcels.

Staff closed shop for almost an hour during designated opening times, just to go about and sort out the shelves! What a waste of time coming here for nothing. Sort your shelves outside of opening times

Keith and the young lady are amazing but I do not go here anymore and have relinquished my H&B points facility as another staff member (claims to be new manager) did not respect my data/personal info and when I requested to discretely repeat it, was bombarded with accusations as to why this information could not be checked by the staff member quietly so as to protect my data as store was quite busy and is in Central London, near my home! Maybe H&B need to upskill team regards GDPR. Raised this with H&B direct but no response whatsoever beyond removing my data (GDPR breaches CAN cost organisations a fortune) hence I am now putting this here in the hopes someone recognises my very REAL concerns regards GDPR.

The staff is always nice and quick to help locating particular products I wanted to buy. The arrangement of products is logical and everything seems in order. I really like the recent half price offers.

A really rude woman working here in the morning. Did not know the other name for Borage oil. Then gave me a bit of aggression when I challenged her. Avoid this place, it was empty for a reason.

Had trouble finding my favorite protein powder but found a nice selection here, staff very helpful got what i wanted quickly, location surrounded by places to eat and shop, recommended.
