Clean and organised shop with very helpful staff. However, I don't know why this branch does not provide student discounts? I visited other branches and they all provided student discounts except this one.

I was served by a very polite and friendly young man called David, who took the time to show me around the store and helped me choose various products. As a long term customer, this is now my favourite Holland and Barrett store!

I hate going to this store. My second time going and yet again I was followed as if I was going to steal something, even after saying I didn?t need any help I was followed. One guy came back and stood behind me ! Another time a lady pretended to clear shelves while watching me and forced me to take a basket. I ended up leaving my water bottle here as was so flustered from the staff. (Each time I bought a substantial amount, which I felt I didn?t want to after all of this). Please don?t train your staff to be security guards
