We stayed in this hotel in January, excellent value for money. Excellent location with metro availability just a few meters away. Very spacious room and very good breakfast, both sweet and savory. We will definitely be back.

Very well located the 3 stars hotel have the minimal required commodities! The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is quite good, but the bed is small, and noisy, you can hear every noise from outside! The breakfast, have the basics: bread, butter, scrambled eggs, beans, sausage and bacon, but there is no cheese. Ou can have several types of tea and coffee.

We stayed from 02/21 to 02/25/2024. Very good location, the room is clean (just a little small and no storage) clean bathroom is spacious, the little extra tea and coffee available in the room ironing board and iron.Welcoming, friendly and competent staff, I recommend it.

Terrible Hotel.First of all, and the most shocking thing of all, is that at breakfast time we found a mouse in one of the chairs where the guests eat (we attach photographs), notice was given immediately, the people in the kitchen stated that This is the second time that the mouse has been seen and that management did nothing. This is why we complained at reception and their momentary solution was to give us two free drinks and tell us that the exterminator would come tomorrow (this was never confirmed).Secondly, we realized that the cleaning of the room was minimal, there was no cleaning of the floor since there was garbage from the previous day.Thirdly, noises could be heard from the rooms next to and above, which was annoying when resting.What we can rescue from the place is the attention of Ms. Myriam from the kitchen, who was always attentive and concerned, apologizing for the aforementioned situations. Furthermore, another thing worth highlighting is the location of the Hotel and the proximity to a metro station.However, overall poor administration is evident. Apparently they are not interested in offering dignified and quality attention to their guests, who leave very disappointed since what is seen on the hotel's website is very different from reality.

Just back from an overnight stay at this hotel, what a great experience from start to finish !!! A fair fee for a great accessible location in the City, we had a full two day itinerary to make the most of our trip arriving ahead of time & leaving before & after check in & check out yet F.O.C.we were able to store our luggage at the hotel in a secure room, the staff in all departments were kind accommodating informative & helpful, the room was everything you would need for a place to get prepared & have a good quiet night's sleep & a breakfast included if you wished indulge, more than happy with this stay & would happily return again, highly recommend, thank you !!!

Holiday Inn Express Victoria was an excellent hotel for our 8 day stay in London. The rooms were cleaned every day and the staff were all so kind and helpful. The breakfast is a good spread for holiday inn, and the food is the same every day. It does not get boring because they have multiple options for hot foods, carbs, fruits, jams, etc. Miriam in the breakfast room was especially kind and helpful, especially with my sister?s gluten allergy. She brought gluten free bread each day to our table for her which was so kind. The location of this hotel is also excellent, it?s a short walk to Pimlico station (5) or Victoria Station (12) so it?s easy to get around london.Overall, this is an excellent hotel if you?re looking for a good location, quiet and clean rooms, and great staff!
