Room cold. Was given a portable electric heater which was was noisy when I used it. Stains on carpet. Loo roll holder missing in bathroom. Broken dirty tiles alit missing grout in bathroom. Informed staff but nobody seemed very bothered or interested in my issues. Good location however room over priced.. very good breakfastRooms: Poor quality

Just had a few drinks at the bar, didn't stay the night. The bar is open pretty late, even on a weeknight, which can be handy as there's not really much else open once it gets very late. Anyway, stayed for a few drinks, it was very relaxed and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very new hotel, exquisite treatment and very well connected to the center. The tavern next door is fantastic for lunch or dinner for £10 including a pint.

Three days spent in this hotel, a disaster!!!! only the bed is good the rest is a joke, noise at night a really neglected breakfast, not to mention the haughty and rude staff who should not be doing this job if they are so unfriendly!! an employee named Maria is really not welcoming and is not at all professional to avoid!

We stayed Holiday Inn Heathrow T4 just last week, which is exceptionally modern, spacious, immaculate - standing up well to the best business hotels I've stayed at in Tokyo and Seoul. This one in Hammersmith is much more dated. While of course you're paying for the location, the reality is that T4 is on the nice new Elizabeth Line and only 30mins or so to the centre of London. Lack of water pressure and no extractor fan in bathroom. Service was very good however, and of course it's a very good location, with most of West London's greatest sites walking distance.

The rooms are a bit too small for four people, but you can get through. A small cupboard would still be missing to store things. But completely sufficient for a short trip. Checking in/out is completely hassle-free and quick. Breakfast is just right and sufficient. You are in a beautiful area with lots of shopping and restaurants. Great subway and quick to reach.Outside breakfast times you can also get coffee/cocoa for free from the machine. There is also a kettle in the room for instant coffee and tea.The rooms are clean and the bed is surprisingly comfortable. It was always cleaned very well.There is an ironing board and iron and a hairdryer, as well as a large TV with many English-language channels.You could hardly hear anything from the hallway, but if you are lying on the side of the train, the train is a little louder and could be a bit annoying.The only drawback is that there are not enough seats at breakfast. There have often been bottlenecks.Nice, uncomplicated stay at an absolutely fair price.

Room was left very dirty one day. After room "cleaning." And my sink was plugged. Very odd. I was so impressed until the last night. One night of 10 can change your whole view....However... the little things then mattered.... zero sheets or blanket other than comforter on bed that I called 3x for...the lack of seating at breakfast.... But they do have the basics so that's helpful for budget.... the hotels extremely hard to find even to neighborhood people...signs would be very helpful!
