Appalling booked in Oct for a weekend in June only discovered by chance that my booking had been cancelled. No contact they claim to have called but never have. Now have less than 3 months to find accommodated and it?s 3 times the price it was part of a concert weekend which is now ruined.

This is a great value hotel for families. Stayed for 2nights, one adult and 2 teens and it was great. The room was clean and spacious enough and the breakfast was good. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfy as it didn't seem like it would be. The nearest tube is a bus ride away but the buses are frequent and the bus stop is right outside. Although the hotel is very close to the busy north circular the sound proofing is great. We had a family with a baby in the next room but never heard a thing. A short drive from the M1 and free parking make it an easy get in and get out for anyone coming from the north. Lovely staff too.

The staff were so friendly and helpful on the front desk and in the restaurant and bar. They couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was really good, lots of choice and tasty. I would have liked tinned tomatoes.The pull out sofa was very uncomfortable and sagged in the middle so ended up putting the mattress on the floor.The main bed was very comfy though.
