Clean quite and nice staff .Food is limited but good quality , for a short stay it works perfectly.Rooms: Very clean , comfortable room , sofa, great sleep ...perfect pillows ...Bathroom very clean and all working .

Very impressed with this place having just spent 3 nights here. Yes its a little basic, but has everything you need, the cleanliness is spot on everywhere. Its a small hotel but I'd rather that. The rooms are small but clean and have everything you need, bed comfy and shower amazing, only negative being the windows are not the best and let alot of noise and cold in. The food menu I found quite restrictive in choice, and also only served from 6.30 onwards which is late for me, however all the food I had was delicious with big portion sizes. Breakfast was great, with gluten free options available, also free coffee machine available all the time.Special mention to the staff, everyone is so friendly, helpful and welcoming, I've felt quite vulnerable at some london hotels but this place feels very safe and welcoming.

Staff and room service were very accommodating. Madelin, Kelvin, and the rest of the crew were great and made sure that I felt comfortable anytime i was in the lobby or had questions!

My stay here was disappointing. I only need somewhere basic to stay. Given the Holiday Inn brand, I thought I could rely on its reputation for a good, basic quality room. Unfortunately, this was not the case. One light fitting was broken, so only the bare lightbulb. One bedside lamp and the desk lamp didn?t work. The bathroom door didn?t close because the hinges were broken. The rail for the shower was almost falling off the wall. Staff attitude was generally ?I?m just here for the pay packet?. The view from the hotel is of the A406. Look elsewhere.

Stayed here in December 2022. I enjoyed it very much. The rooms were very nice. Handy connection with the W11 to Walthamstow Central for Victoria Line abd 397 to Debden for Central line. Sainsbury's was nearby.

Check in wasn't until 4pm (Checkout at 11am), £7 a day for hotel guest parking, maintenance man car parked outside window on double yellows day & night, Staff on reception were friendly & helpful. I only come here as they allow pets at £25 per stay, the rooms are worn & tired looking, could do with some updating and

Mixed review this one.Staff friendly and helpful.Location ok, however, due to hot weather and no air con had to sleep with the window opened and all the traffic noise was really loud and annoying.Room was small (ish), furniture old and tired, Desk chair is disgusting as you can see in the picture.

The hotel is located right next to the highway, which is why it's always very loud. The breakfast is so horrible. Very low quality, no taste at all, and I had really little choice because a lot of the stuff was already out.I don't think I am ever going to book any holiday Inn hotel again.
