Horrible staff. They look at you like they own the store.
60% of my clothes are from Hobbs, I adore this brand and wanted to use my 20£ voucher for some earrings that costs 19£ but they refused as I need to spend min 20£ to use the voucher. I asked if they can charge me a bag or somrthing to get to 20£ and the girl had a disgusting look.
Funny enough I was dressed pretty nice, had a Hobbs jumpsuit as it was my birthday and went for a nice restaurant, but even if I had a 2£ t-shirt I expect the staff to still be nice to me.

I was regular customer of Hobbs but not anymore. The issue is the quality not the Hobbs Covent Garden staff.
A couple of weeks ago I bought wool jumper in the Hobbs Covent Garden, not cheap, £79 at sale. After few days (I wore it 3 times) bobbles appeared all over the sleeves. I contacted customer service through Hobbs website and asked for return and refund, however after few days I got a response that they could do nothing and that should be considered as wear and tear.
I would agree (maybe!) but that was after 3 times only. This speaks loud how good is the quality. I will definitely not buy again. For reference I have a couple of jumpers from Spanish famous brand (the same price range with Hobbs) which I have for years and there are no bobbles at all.
Update: the issue was resolved, and I got my refund. It is a shame that I had to go through Google review to get it. But ultimately, well done Hobbs team.

Fabulous service from the staff in this store this evening. I was looking for a dress for a forthcoming event and nothing was too much trouble to help me pick the right one. They fetched several options in my size from the stock room, found shoes to try on and offered to order dresses not in stock. Thank you!

Easily assessable from tube. Lovely sales and staff's willingness to help or find other sizes for you. Love Mid June sales! Added a new jacket to the mix. The headpieces are also (not on sale) a great price.

I had a fantastic experience at Hobbs in Covent Garden, thanks to Beata, who provided outstanding service. She helped me choose an incredible suit and the perfect accessories from shoes to the T-shirt to wear underneath.
Her recommendation of a dark purple suit was spot on. It?s elegant, professional, and truly stands out. With her styling advice, I feel confident and well-dressed to meet business clients , it really makes a difference.
The store itself is spacious, with a wide selection of quality pieces, and the entire team is professional. But Beata stood out for her passion, attention to detail, and dedication. She clearly loves what she does and takes the time to understand your style and needs.

Shopped with Hobbs before for a few pieces for work but the Covent Garden location is by far the best. I had looked online for some items to order to the store and also went to take a look around. Daniela was super helpful, helping me try on new pieces in store, ordering things that weren't available at the time and letting me pick everything up at a later date (I'm not based in London). She spent a great deal of time helping me gather pieces as well as styling advice which was much appreciated!!
The brand overall has excellent quality clothing, long lasting and has great variety. Will definitely return to this location for future shopping.

I did visit Covent Garden branch. I bought a black pump shoe and it was too big even with insole. Arriving at the store to get my size, which they told me that they don't have, then l requested for refund and l was told that they cannot give refund but l have to buy something by force because they don't want there target to go down. I was told to go to Regents street branch to get refund. We were four customers they drove away, which was very painful. On this day there was protest going on and roads were blocked. I have to walk from Covent garden to Regents street. There was an old woman among us which took her over1hr and 45mins to walk down to Regents street, which she met me there. The way and manner your staffs has done, does not represent ur brand. Customers should not be frustrated to get refund back.
The staffs told us NO REFUND, YOU MUST BUY, IT AFFECT THERE TARGET FOR THE DAY.
