In an almost empty store, fitting rooms are closed about 25 minutes before closing.

It says you?re open until 6:00. I arrived at 5:25, picked out some clothes, and at 5:30 went to the fitting rooms on the first floor, only to find they were closed.
I went up to the second floor, grabbed some pants on the way, went to try them on, and those fitting rooms were closed too. The whole floor was empty except for three colleagues standing around chatting and laughing between each other.
I was standing there with my items, needing to urgently buy some clothes. I had finished work at 5 and rushed over as fast as I could to make it in time. I explained the situation, but the girl tried to tell me it wasn?t possible.
I said, ?You?re still open for another 25 minutes, why can?t I try them on?? There were no signs at the entrance saying otherwise. I basically wasted my time coming here, picking out items, just for you to tell me to leave? She said she was new and asked me to speak to another colleague at the other end of the floor.
I went to him and explained the situation. He said, ?It?s already ~5:40, we?re almost closed.?
Well of course, I had to talk to her, then to you. The funniest part is, you all saw me picking out clothes, but the girls were too busy chatting. Amazing customer service - zero.
And then this genius comes out with, ?If I let you in, then everyone else will want to as well?? There was literally one person on the floor. Who?s ?everyone else?? Ridiculous.
Don?t put on your website that you?re open until 6 if I can?t actually use the store properly. That?s not ?open.?
You?re open until 5:30 and then spend 30 minutes doing nothing - that?s what it is.

Really unorganised and line was at least 20 people long to pay. Both changing rooms were closed.

Even though the store closes at 19:00 I was turned away at 19:45 from the men?s section. I was told I could browse downstairs, even though that?s woman?s.

Good range and prices. The male assistant was helpful in the Menswear area. The changing room assistant was completely disengaged. I was less than impressed when the checkout staff rolled my newly bought garments into a ball and chucked them into a bag, all with no eye contact or any sign of customer service training.

closed fitting room, closed doors, closed checkouts, why would you even bother to open this store if you can't provide the absolute bare minimum? fast-fashion is fairly bad as it is but the shopping experience being worse than Tk Maxx is surprising

Queues are always ridiculously long - having 2 till in a city branch is such a bad decision get more serving tills asap!

Not a good shopping experience. Long queues, self check out takes a long time, long queue behind you puts you under pressure to scan your items and remove security tags quickly. Pricing was different between items that were the same, just different colour, but I was too under pressure to fix it.

I definitely relate to other reviews about the absolute bad customer service. There were no workers in the fitting room section so I and other customers had to simply wait for minutes until we can figure out which room is available to try clothes on. No one was available to help also in the whole clothing section in both floors.

Pretty poor mens section which is an after thought, no mens shoes at all in this store and the staff had no clue why.

Very poor customer service. Wanted to fit a pair of trousers that I wanted to buy. Shop was closing in 5min. Said I will be done in 2min and if they fit I?ll take them. One collegue said she needs to check with the manager (to let me do this), the other one said no as they have to leave ( the employees ) at 6pm. Ridiculous
