The team was stacked out with Work. I pulled up with a puncher in the tyre. They was super helpful the staff got me on my way within the hour. I couldn?t thank them enough. Fantastic service, and I'm so grateful they could squeeze me in. Thanks again HiQ East ham team

I learned about HiQ East Ham via their parts supply partner. The reception team that I've spoken to has been very accommodating over the phone while I've re-scheduled, cancelled the appointment, and then able to give me the same quote once I got over my car's start-up issue.Although I did not directly deal with the mechanic team, they delivered an efficient engine oil change, engine filter, new brake disc and pad change within an hour. Tidy as they left the excessive engine oil and locking nut back where I left them in the boot.Heavily considering their wheel alignment service soon.

HiQ service has seriously gone down since 2024. Refusing to give receipt for cash payment. Impatient and unprofessional. HMRC need to audit this business. Avoid this place. They will always try to get more money than necessary out of you.

Needed brake pads changed and a puncture repair. Was able to come in within an hour of calling. I realized I needed my brake fluid changed and they were able to accommodate that and all at such a reasonable price. They were very kind and quick with their service. Would defo recommend if you want great service and affordable prices! Thank you!

It may be the time of year, I think I wrote this time last year! , but today I again needed the services of HiQ East Ham. This team NEVER fail to impress me. From the moment you walk In , you?re greeted by a polite staff member who bats not an eye lid when you tell him the tyre pressure light has come on in the car . A few minutes wait and my car was being looked at. Maybe not even 10 minutes in there and my car was good to go. During my waiting time, I saw and heard how polite the man on reception was to everyone he interacted with. No one , including me, was made to feel inadequate no matter how small the requirement was. The service I will once again say was second to none, I would highly recommend anyone in the area needing work on their car, check out these guys before going elsewhere. 5 ?? and above service at this place once again .
