Brilliant services, comfortable rooms, fantastic executive lounge, lobby lounge/bar and restaurant, great food, great atmosphere, surrounded by restaurants, shops and a lot of other attractions. Perfect and excellent hotel for us in every way!Located across the street from London Bridge Station. Easy access to travel to other parts of London by railway trains, underground trains and buses. Also a few minutes walk from the very popular London Tower Bridge, Borough Market and The Shard.We have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past few years. Never disappointed! We love it here. Staffs are all very friendly and efficient. Always well looked after especially by Maria, Pradeep, Hati and Ren in the Executive Lounge, Diana and Anca in the Ruba Bar downstairs. They are excellent. So as Rohit, Sam and Mariano in the restaurant.Fully recommended! I have been staying around 20 nights a year for years and a Diamond member - this visit there was no complimentary upgrade (but you could upgrade and pay - defeats the point of Diamond membership!) and they have a serious issue with the drainage and the ?toilet smell? in reception area ?After so many years this is the first time I am frustrated with what used to be a great hotel ?

Makes a nice second home, well worth the visit, great for rooms, food and a conference. Local stations for both side of the river, access by London bridge main station, underground, river boat and a short walk to Fenchurch St.Nearby activities: A lovely walk in either direction down the river Thames. Great view of Tower Bridge, London dungeons, HMS Belfast.Food & drinks: More food than you can poke a stick at. Flat Iron Steak, Gouchoe's, Firestation to name but a few ... oh and a McDonald's too...

An amazing stay over New Years! The hotel is modern, clean, the location is great, the staff is very friendly, special thanks to Pardeep in the executive lounge for creating a festive mood and being very attentive and the reception.Great views from the terrace on the 9th floor and executive lounge!Great breakfast and food and drinks in the executive lounge! I would come again here!London bridge and tower of London are just in a few walking minutes from the hotel.

The Hilton London Tower BridgeWe checked in at The Hilton London Tower Bridge and it was quick and easy. The Hilton London Tower Bridge is just a 4 minute walk from London Bridge Tube. It was Christmas time and this area was full of places to walk, eat and enjoy the Christmas festivities of this area.Shaz in reception, helped us check in, it was our first time staying at this Hilton in London. We stay at a lot of Hiltons but by far, Shaz was the Best. Shaz, explained everything about the hotel in detail. When we arrived in our room we were totally surprised, we had a perfect view of The Shard! WOW we didn?t expect that at all. The hotel, restaurants, and room were outstanding. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all our friends.**10 Star rating !

We stayed here last weekend for 3 nights. Fantastic hotel. On arrival we were welcomed warmly by Reshmi who checked us in. Our room was ready which was a great start. Reshmi explained the hotel and facilities and she is a credit to the front of house team.Our room was on the 5th floor with a fantastic view of the Shard. Spacious room with a large bathroom. Very clean with everything you need. Just ask for slippers and robes if you need them, no charge. The towels and bedding were of good quality as was the iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Kettle good quality with 2 free bottles of water daily. Housekeeping was very good and efficient.Only less positive was the shower leaked. By design not fault. (Shower over bath with the dreaded glass screen sitting on top on the side of the bath)The main hotel is top notch. Clean, bright, efficient and polite professional staff and customer service.Excellent location, more or less opposite London Bridge Train and Underground stations. Close to both London and Tower Bridges. Abundance of bars and restaurants close by including Borough Market.Overall 5 starts from us and certainly recommend!

People complaining about prices aren?t kidding !I previously reviewed as 5 star because the customer service is impeccable and staff are lovely.However- they are extremely greedy with their pricing.They have increased their prices for drinks and food recently and now it costs £10 for a single bottle of 330ml cider (with included service charge)Greedy. Greedy.

Fantastic location, close to all the major sights, and only a few minutes walking distance to borough market.Breakfast is good here, which is a buffet of cereals, pastries, fruit, cold meats, hot and cold drinks, full English and much more.

A modern hotel that has a chic decor and provides a comfortable setting for socialising. The dark and comfortable seating provides the perfect atmosphere for meeting with friends. I came with friends to the restaurant area. The service is a little slow but warm and friendly. The prices are not surprisingly high compared to other venues. Having drinks, I found the best choice to pick gin sliders which provides a selection of three mini gins for £12. The atmosphere is relaxed and is the highlight for being able to speak with ease. The toilet facilities are clean and modern with excellent hand wash. A great place to socialise, which could benefit from more offers or cheaper options.Nearby activities: Close to the London Bridge Walk, Tower Bridge and London Dungeon.Food & drinks: Recommend the gin sliders as the best cost value item on the menu.

Modern, fresh, and clean hotel. It's in a great location near Tower Bridge and the Shard. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Swift check-in by welcoming lady at reception. Large, warm, clean room with all amenities. Hairdryer, iron / ironing board, and toiletries. Two bottles of water are daily and tea and coffee. Nice bar reasonably priced. Definitely a "go to" place.

The Hotel is located near the station as well as tower bridge so very good location. The Borough markets are also near by so you get to see vibrant London in the evening. The Roast is nearby which I understand is a very popular London restaurant. Overall it's not a bad hotel. The staff are helpful and professional.

SCW and I stayed at Hilton London Tower Bridge a few nights during our trip to London. The location is very convenient as it is steps away from the Tower Bridge Tube stop. You can walk to the Tower Bridge easily from here and use the hotel as a great base for all your London exploration needs. There are tons of food and drink options around as well as the Borough market not too far away.We checked in a little early which was nice of them to accommodate us. We got a King executive floor room which was nice, clean and comfortable. Besides the king bed it had a mini bar fridge, two chairs, a desk, safe, iron, ironing board, a pair of robes and slippers as well as a nice flat screen tv. The bathroom was a good size with both a shower and a soaking tub. The bed was comfortable, we never had a problem sleeping here. I'd like the pillows to be a bit more firm but that's preference of course. We did use the executive lounge which was nice with a morning breakfast with pastries, fruit, cereal and rotating small bites in the morning. The evening selection was nice as well, a meat based hot option and also a vegetarian/sometimes vegan option which was great for us. The employees in the executive lounge were very nice and helpful.We used the gym a few times which was nice and clean. They had a few treadmills, elipticals, stationary bikes, one Peloton, free weights and a few machines as well. They also have a restaurant and bar area near the lobby.I/we really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly consider it in the future.

Excellent location opposite London bridge station. Lovely decor and great attentive service from the staff. I attended a corporate conference which was well organised and well run.I would definitely be back to make use of the excellent location and service from this Hilton hotel.
