Living in this hotel feels like stepping into the 1900s, old dated rooms, archaic rules, rude / untrained staff. They wouldn?t let guests in when every other Hilton does for ?security concerns in the area?. These guys are ?just a franchise? and not the real Hilton apparently and have their own rules. What?s the point in calling themselves a Hilton. They would much rather a diamond member not go there again than hear your concerns. The staff would not even hear your concerns and keep arguing. All in all THE worst Hilton I?ve ever been to.

Used for book fair participation.Even though it's a Hilton, it's old, but clean. However, in some cases, the guest rooms are very far from the elevator and you have to walk up several flights of stairs. My companion had a room near the elevator, so he took my place, which was helpful.I am grateful that there were some nice tea bags in the amenities, and I was able to sneakily collect them and give them as souvenirs for my tea-loving colleagues!If you're going to the London Book Fair, this is the place to go.

I really liked the hotel, the room was nice and with enough space. Breakfast very good and varied. Friendly staff, we didn't have any problems.Although it is not so close to the center, we had a bus a few steps away that took us to all the tourist spots.The only bad thing is that the bathroom screen was very small (something I have already seen in several hotels) and caused you to get everything wet when bathing. But apart from that, everything is fine.

Boiling hot room, air con was a joke. Windows blocked out, lucky to get 1 star for the room but a good TV and average comfort bed saved the day. Hotel bar was nice and the breakfast was equal to Premier Inn quality. I wouldn't stay here again unless the hotel can provide a room with working cooling/ventilation. It is conveinient for Olympia.

Great stay me and my daughter had.wonderful service on reception nina went above and beyond for us.lovely hotel the room was massive and the breakfast was amazing.we really enjoyed it so thank you ???

Loved my time spent here. I'd previously had a very poor experience with a different hilton hotel in London but this experience turned things around and really made me happy to return again.

Some of them are just pointless.. had a disturbance next door, they investigated, offered us to move rooms at 1am but insisted we would need to pack all which we declined. We try to go back to sleep but then the manager calls us and tells us asking for another room ?is not how a hotel works?. I asked not to discuss this at 1am and he slams down the phone. Now at least I?m awake enough to write a review. Not worth being gold member - just avoid.

It was a very nice hotel in terms of service. Especially Mr. Volkan and Ms. Fadime were very friendly and caring. If I come to London again, I will stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel, I got a free upgrade when I stayed for big data Ldn 23, breakfast was good although not the best I have had! Service was generally good however night manager was quite rude to myself and some of the guests, However couldn?t fault anything else! Was just over the road from big data Ldn so great

Typical Hilton hotel, great service from the staff, clean rooms in good shape. Choose your room carefully, the condensers for the air conditioning make a lot of noise through the night. There is a service yard that contains most of them but some are located on the roof too, so avoid the top floor and rooms that back on to the service area. Breakfast was very good, quality of the food excellent, but does get busy at peak time, however the staff do a great job of marshalling the guests so it's not too much of an issue.Walkability: 1.1 miles to Westfield White City shopping centre, 15 to 20 minute walk

Stayed here for a short 3 day break. Check- in was smooth and let us upto our room a bit earlier than stated. Room was spotless clean, beds was very comfy, slept well. Staff on reception always greeting us when we went out for the day and returned in the evening. The only negative and its a small one is the hot water seemed to take a while to filter through but this did not ruin our stay.Would i stay here again, most definitely.
