Nice hotel that is close to both Euston and Kings Cross/St. Pancras railway stations.

Mixed views on our stay here. First room allocated the bathroom was dirty and the ceiling was covered in damp patches from previous leaks from the above room.Second room we were given had black mould on the shower cubicle ceiling. Kettle in room was broken had to ask twice for it to be replaced . Staff seem like they can?t be bothered. First morning for breakfast had to ask 3 times for gluten free bread which took over 30 mins to come from the kitchen. The hotel in generals upkeep is poor and needs a good refresh. Chipped furniture paintwork dirty and needs redone in many areas. For price paid I would have expected far better standardWill I return to this Hilton hotel probably not unless it?s been cleaned up a bit

Having stayed at the Hilton Hotel London Euston on the night of Saturday 9th March, not only did the hotel incorrectly overcharge my company account by £176 for two nights, but also charged one of my staff members £33.90 for breakfast, a breakfast that NOBODY from the hotel informed us was NOT included with the stay. They simply served him upon providing his room number and charged the card on file. Upon explaining to the Hotel Manager, Antonio, he simply blamed my staff member and his breakfast team, and said it wasn?t his responsibility to outline whether or not breakfast was included, and said the hotel simply charging for this without warning was seemingly fine. Amanda from the front desk was simply laughing the whole time. What sort of service is this? Longcrest Limited operates a terrible Hilton franchise and this awful customer service confirms I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. I am a Hilton Honors member, too, and this is just poor.

Quick one night stay on business. Room fine, though there were biscuit crumbs on the floor, but nothing major.Good buffet breakfast.

"We spent one night at the Hilton Euston. The location is more than fine, within walking distance of Kings Cross, Euston, and Euston Square stations, providing quick connections to all of London. The staff was friendly but possibly not fully trained; they couldn't answer whether an extra night could be booked and suggested calling later. The room (104) is spacious for a city hotel, featuring a separate bath and shower. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. Unfortunately, the A/C was not functioning properly; instead of cooling, it kept heating. At one point, the room reached 24 degrees Celsius, only mitigated by opening all balcony doors. However, we had to close them when sleeping, causing the temperature to rise. Based on reviews, addressing this issue should be a priority for the hotel.Breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a wide and delicious selection of fresh items. In conclusion, we recommend the hotel, but urgent attention to the air conditioning is needed."

Stayed here two nights in January 2024, while in London on business. Great service from the front-desk team, who went out of their way to accommodate a couple of requests I had. The room was clean and comfortable ? and quiet, even though I was on the street level. The breakfast buffet was sufficient, certainly not extravagant.

Room small, dark, and dingy, blasted heat that wouldn't turn off, generally a hotel to avoid.

Good location. breakfast is very good. There are few rooms which get extra noise if someone people walk on corridor or ice machine.

Below average Hilton with noisy, creaky rooms ( you hear your upstairs neighbor as if they were in your room), broken ventilation and the worst service I?ve ever

I recently stayed at a Hilton property and, regrettably, my experience was far from satisfactory. After a long flight, I discovered that the thermostat in my room was malfunctioning, resulting in a very uncomfortable first night where I woke up feeling cold. Despite reporting this issue to the reception, hoping for a prompt resolution, I was dismayed to find the problem unaddressed upon my return. Instead, I was offered complementary drinks, which, while appreciated, did not resolve the fundamental issue.Furthermore, my stay was further marred by discovering that the toilet in my room was leaking, and the sheets were visibly unclean. When I brought these concerns to the attention of the staff, I was informed that due to the hotel being fully booked, they were unable to offer me an alternative room. As a Gold member of the Hilton loyalty program, I had expected a higher standard of service and prompt attention to such crucial issues. This experience has significantly impacted my view of the Hilton brand, and I hope that future guests do not encounter similar disappointments.

(+)Location and breakfast are good(-) Room is one of the worst experience is 4 star hotel ?1/ every single day the cleaning service knocked on the door to know if they can clean before 9am. even day of checkout! No « do not disturb sign available. Only a « don?t clean Today »2/ the first room we got had a vibrating floor?. I tought it was a train below the hotel and then noticed it was continuous vibration. For pregnant women not the Best. Due to technical local next to the room3/ not possible to pay with maestro4/ poor soundproofing. From the street noise and ambulances going? to next door hospital and from the hallway? if someone walk on the hallway you think it?s someone in your room.4/ no heating working - 16 degree in the room?. Only cold noisy air coming though, bad window insulation. After reading well reviews that AC problem is there since weeks/months , you could already put 2 blankets in the room. Unless it would be part of the eco friendly politics to turn off heating and knock on the door before 9 to make people put ?no cleaning today? and save water and cleaning service.
