I cannot thank Highbury Grove and the staff enough. I've stayed here previously and this time around I've had two admissions since August. I was at complete breaking point and could see no light at the end of the tunnel. The support was excellent and staff readily available to chat whenever needed. The activities essentially helped too. Art therapy, yoga, cooking, creative writing and a therapist twice a week. My second stay was extended to 4 weeks. The house is now run by Hestia. Improvements .... Set one to one sessions would be very good.On a negative note the project is now to be for men only. Very saddening. Hopefully with input from service users, management could hopefully reverse this decision. Thanks you once again.

A very impressive rapid reaction turn-key solution to multi-faceted problems. A safe, welcoming, and friendly calming environment. A place for complex problem solving while staff help clients navigate the complex web of Government agencies involved in healthcare and welfare. In an increasingly on-line world anticipating AI - real human beings with a heart! What a relief!

Absolutely atrocious, staff do not engage and are extremely incompetent.

The staff have no real idea of what they are doing but my stay has even pleasant enough having been able to come abd go as I please to go swimming, socialising or going back to my own home for a cooked dinner. The perfect respite care that other people should appreciate as you never know when you might suffer hardship abuse or mental health ussues. Long may it be funded and Comtinue the good work.

The staff were kind and this place gave me some peace and helped me make some steps towards recovery

Offers no support to clients and certainly does not do what they claim to do, you are left alone in times where support is needed. No consistency and staff are intimidating in their approach and actions and do not address the current issues. Intefere with other services who are trying to help and offer advice to the individual as they (the other service) have highlighted their (Highbury Grove Crisis House) failures and incompetencies and it would appear that they are warned off as that help is then retracted leaving the individual alone again. Repeated bullying & intimidation from staff, disgusting treatment of any being, please do not use this so called service if you are in need of help. Should not be operational as is at present. CORRUPT. . THEY DID NOTHING YET THE PERSON IN QUESTION WAS SORTED WITHIN A MONTH OR TWO. . THANKS JESSE
