Gave in my Loro Piana open walks (black) for cleaning, and I was charged £150 as they said they work with Loro Piana and are usually able to restore the suede pretty well. They did say that they do not promise anything but will try their best. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up the shoes today, I checked them with the sales assistant and noticed that there was absolutely no change whatsoever. The shoes were still covered in white spots and it genuinely seemed like there was no work done. I do appreciate that they say that they do not promise anything, but the least they could have done was return me my money and say that it is not possible to make any progress on these shoes, instead of taking 2 whole weeks to give me the shoes with no changes.

Hicks on Pavillion Road is one of the best dry cleaners in London. They offer prompt and timely pick up and delivery service. The staff are always so friendly and polite. The clothes look as good as new after a Hicks Dryclean service. I have also given my shoes for repair and polish and they did a great job of that as well.

Went in to enquire about pricing, poor experience with a condescending staff member who didn?t seem to understand the pricing herself. Judging by the low google review scores, customer service is not their forte. Avoid

Had a terrible experience recently with some garments my mum asked me to have dry cleaned. First of all, payment is expected up front, which is fine if the outcome is satisfactory which it wasn't. Had brought some vintage wear including fine scarves (sentimental but also worth upwards of 800 pounds) which I expressed that they needed to be treated carefully and cleaned properly as they are delicate items. It is no problem if they didn?t want to, but they assured they?d do a great job. When I went to collect, i was unable to check the garments as the staff created an awkward environment and were in fact arguing which was totally unprofessional. Needless to say, the scarves are now ruined, I have called to ask if there is anything they can do and they have fobbed me off to speak with the "manager" which promised to sort and call back. They have yet to do so. This has been an awful experience and I will certainly not be going back, they have reunited a sentimental garment of my mothers, and she like me will not be using their services. Avoid at all costs
