A very good guest house. Almost a small hotel. We are quite happy with our 9 days stay here.Housekeeping personnel consists of brilliant people. Reception is always helpful. You can make your breakfast which was over my expectations with a decent garden view.Current rating is very well deserved

Great location, rooms were decent for what you pay.Only downside is that there are no clear and quick ways to get hold of staff in the evening / night.Close to the tube and well located for Finchley too.

Booked this place for guests to stay over for a wedding in the family and they loved the rooms. We got the two bedroom flat at the top level. It was very nice, clean and perfect for them. Perfect location to the high Street which has everything from shops to restaurants to barbers etc.

The B&B is unfortunately worn down in many aspects. The room was only superficial clean, but if you looked closer, there was dirt in some areas. For example, the bed sheets had holes, and the ventilation was dusty.The insulation of wires in the room is only provisional.During breakfast, some of the provided food was expired. (Stayed end of July 23)We were not able to tell the staff, as it doesn't understand or speak English. There was no good choice either. We expected at least some British breakfast in a B&B.The only advantage is the vicinity to the subway, which takes approximately 30 minutes to the center.Rooms: Quite old rooms which clearly need renovation.

We stayed at Heatherbank Guest House as the Air Bnb we had booked made a last minute cancellation on us and we had travelled from Bristol to London. We called Heatherbank and booked a room with them straight away.They were very accommodating and sympathetic of our situation, making us feel very welcome when we turned up. The 2 bed apartment we stayed in was very clean, the kitchen was supplied with tea and coffee and appliances and both bedrooms had en-suites! We were very happy with our overnight stay and would rebook with them if we came to North Finchley again.Do NOT trust Air Bnb's over your classic BnB's!!Food & drinks: If you stay at Heatherbank you get breakfast included in your stay. The Guest House is just a street away from the high street which has lots of shops and food places. We ate at Holybella cafe just on the corner by the Sainsburys, lovely staff in there too!

Comfortable and clean room with en suite washroom and all facilities. Perfect location for easy access to tube. Me and my husband had a lovely stay for 6 nights. The manager and staff were friendly and super helpful. Highly recommended!

A real find! This is a perfect guest house. You get a friendly welcome and even a complimentary bottle of ?. Large comfortable en suite room, in a Victorian house with bay windows. Excellent continental breakfast buffet. Perfect location. I highly recommend it.

Just an overnight stay here without breakfast. Room was very clean and spacious with private shower room. Staff very friendly and helpful.. Fab location to Woodside Park tube station (Northern Line). Only 5 minute walk. The high street is a two minute walk in the opposite direction. Plenty of bars, shops and restaurants nearby..
