“Healthy and delicious food, nice big portion with lots of protein. The price was good considering the size. There's no restaurant seating, take out only. I recommend to walk around the corner to the Golden square gardens where there are many benches to sit.”

“Called in today for a Gluten Free salad box to take away. We were served by Abby who was excellent at advising on the Gluten free options. The food was delicious and very well priced for the quantity & quality of food. Would definitely go again when near Covent Garden.”

“Awesome attitude from the staff, after a period of deep depression created through the loss of friends through lockdown harms and vaccine damage, it is a breath of fresh air and vital to our humanity to find these new oasis of compassionate viewpoints and the simple freedom to speak our own truths in public without fear of gaslighting or even shaming, my small visit whilst in the locale quite simply restored a bit of my faith in humanity in these dark days we ALL find ourselves in, regardless of viewpoints, we are literally all in it together now, wether the person cares to admit to themselves yet ! “This little health shop is great, mainly because of Paul. This guy is like a health encyclopaedia! He knows his stuff and is super helpful towards all customers. He will never rush and explains everything in details. He actually got me out of my misery a few months ago just by advising which supplements to take. He is super helpful. I highly recommend this place. The only thing that’s disappointing is that the are always out of stock and it takes week sometimes months to get certain products back on the shelves. Management should look into this. I order the products online from different places now because im tired of waiting.”

Sadly I didn't get the young man's name who assisted me, mixed raced, dark hair was wearing a white shirt, could have been store manager.
Was very polite, and attentive. Made good recommendations, had good product knowledge.

“I had such an amazing experience here about 6 weeks ago and I forgot to write a review. A really lovely woman with beautiful skin and red hair (I unfortunately forgot her name) helped me and she was so sweet with a good sense of humour and cheered me up because I wasn’t having the greatest day. I was more than happy spending my money and got my money’s worth with good products. She really helped me on what I needed and good customer service is so hard to find especially in 2025. I appreciated her help and knowledge on the products and they have really helped me! Thank u for ur kindness God bless.”

“I’m Giving you 5 stars because I love this shop and the vibe and the location however your biggest mistake was not to bring back prepared food right after the pandemic. People would walk in every single day and ask for the food and employees said sorry we don’t have prepared food anymore. That’s how people switch to other shops and it’s hard to gain the momentum back. Now you did finally bring it back but the variety is small and you don’t advertise it well enough in the neighbourhood. Bring back the good old days with busy lunch times and no place to sit on Saturdays!!! It’s not the pandemic that destroyed everything it’s the fact that you didn’t bring it back to Normal right after to inform people “ we are here! We are back to normal”.”

“Well stocked little shop with lots of variety. Came in looking for some vegan halloumi (which they had, yay!) And ended up with a few other yummy bits that I can't wait to try. Lovely member of staff at the till, again contrary to other reviews I felt very welcome. Only note is that there's £5 minimum for card payments but let's face it, there's so many tempting products that it likely won't be an issue ?”

Everytime i have been here, the staff have always been very helpful.It is my go to place to purchase my vitamins and minerals as they have a good selection here, such as Viridian and Terranova, that do not contain anti caking/bulking agents or any other unecessary additives.When i last went here i noticed the instore price was higher than the online price for some of the items i wanted, but the female staff member said she can match the online prices which was absolutely great.Thank you”

“This store stocks a wide range of quality products which are not widely available. They sell the best sourdough bread on the market (Modern Baker), plus some amazing grain-free granola options and nice snacks, just to mention some examples. Their opening times are very customer friendly.”

“Good store that sold a variety of health supplements and convenience items. I picked up a few items and the cashier reminded me that it was buy 2 get 1 free on almost the entire store. So we ended up getting a third item completely complimentary. The store was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful.”

“Holland & Barrett is a great place to come for all your vitamins, nuts, seeds and health products. I mainly come here to buy nuts and seeds as they are cheaper than independent health stores. The staff here are friendly and helpful and they have a computer where you can look up the properties of herbs and vitamins which are available in the store and what they treat which I find beneficial.”

Once the staff were made aware of the issue & time I had spent, they promptly took action to resolve it. They then put my meal on the house. I felt appreciated as a customer because my time was respected. The issue was handled with regard & professionalism. The food was fresh & prepared quickly. Highly recommend.”
