We want to especially praise Dee and his team for all the wonderful work they do. When we went for a fitting for my wedding suit they were so incredibly helpful. I felt like he really cared and was a professional. Getting me the perfect size just by judging by eye! There are few places where you can?t get such service. Highly recommend this place.

Shocking customer service. My wife ordered two tops from the online sale. Button on cardigan missing and shirt was stained and creased as if someone wore it and returned it. When I went to raise this with customer service and return the items. They refunded me for the cardigan and not the shirt. They said I accused me of wearing the shirt and won?t refund me my money. Disgusting to sell me a worn top especially with covid and other diseases around. Someone get in touch with me because your customer service phone line and Twitter are useless and ignore you. Don?t buy from here. Quality of clothing is very poor and dirty.

Absolutely wonderful staff here, patient and helpful while I was trying to buy gifts for a male friend (so no idea about size). The young man even went and got open shirts for me to compare sizes. My grandpa used to shop here so it's high praise that the designers can appeal to a range of generations!

Came in to buy a tie. Staff glared at me as if I was about to burn down the entire store.When I asked a question about their tie selection the man mumbled and stared back to me.Tie itself was decent.Would not visit the store again, rubbish service

Excellent service from Mr FabianThe assistant manager . Purchased 5 suits from Fabian for my husband . He knew exactly how to sell me on these suits even though my mind was set on purchasing only one . ??Thank you and highly recommend this branch to others . Definitely will be purchasing again from you.

My husband and I ordered stuff online that were delivered to the shop, returned some items and since then never received a refund.made numerous phone calls and sent an email to customer service as advised and to date no reply or help whatsoever.Would never go back or buy again.

Needed shirts but they didn't have what I needed. Reasonably good selection and interesting styles. I had a particular need (son's graduation...he did superbly well, takes after his mother) but just couldn't see what I wanted. Would go back.

Has a wide range in-store. A bit disappointed with the customer service. No one bothered to approach me to ask if they could assist me. So I walked back out and made a purchase of a suit elsewhere.I visited mid week and during the day time which wasn't that busy. Wouldn't visit again if and when I require another suit or accessories for a suit.

Very professional help and shop service, old man salesman very nice and helpful, honest, real, knows his job Very well, I am satisfied with the quality of the shirts. I recommend one hundred percent 6 stars, one extra for an elderly gentleman.
