I?m not sure if Hawes & Curtis Stratford train their staff to be obstinate, obstructive and unhelpful but if they do then this should be a 5 star rating. I however will not be going back to this customer unfriendly environment. Lucky there is a John Lewis a short walk away who excel with their customer service. Thank you John Lewis.

Dreadful experience and extremely unhelpful. Gentlemen who served me just left me standing around for long periods of time; when he could spare a few moments to do his job he was insistent on telling me shirts fit that just didn?t. It felt like he just wanted to get me out the door and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. in this time two sperate staff members approached me and asked if I needed help, I told when what I wanted and then they would just walk off. The ratio between staff members and helpfulness was astoundingly awful.Then to top it all off there is absolutely no negotiation on their 28 day return policy. Despite the shirts being sealed in their original packaging, untouched and bought over the festive period. Admittedly if I had gotten what I had wanted I wouldn?t be writing this review but as I haven?t I have decided to share my horrifying experience. I?ve experienced better customer service in JD sports and look forward to buying my shirts from Charles Tyrwhitt in the future. Good day.

Been there a few times and the service is always good. On my last visit on Thursday around 5pm, one of the employee helping me was very professional and non pressuring when I've tried a few coats. He even offered to take a few photos. Unfortunately you didn't have the style I wanted and didn't end up buying anything but appreciated the attention and professionalism which is much better than in your competitor's store ( a few units away).

Excellent service from the team at this branch. Fiona was extremely helpful and accommodating, also the gentleman who wears the Tom Ford Glasses(sorry..didn?t get your name).Will definitely be back there!

Personnel pretty helpful, but bought a few non-iron shirts and they are dreadful. Not only do you need to actually iron them (went back to ask and was told they don't actually straighten themselves), but they never really reach that crisp look that you get from other brands when you do.

Had to buy a suit for a wedding. I had an amazing experience thanks to Rabia. She helped me with fitting & measuring and did a great job doing it. Will definitely come by again sometime!

My experience in this store was far from satisfactory. The mannerism from certain members of staff was very poor and unprofessional. Even when speaking to them on the phone they wouldn?t let me finish my sentence before providing the wrong response.A suit I got delivered to this store appeared to have a manufacturing fault due to the way it fitted around my chest and I?m a person that?s far from being out of shape. According to the senior member of staff that dealt with me, this is apparently how the fit is meant to be!A few of members of staff in this store need retraining on the basics of customer service.With that said two members were very helpful and also professional in their conduct. The fair skinned young gentleman (appeared to be a junior) with glasses was very helpful and the slim Asian gentleman was also very professional and helpful.

Not very helpful customer service unfortunately (a lady "helped" us, probably the store manager).?Clothes are really nice and good quality but I were expecting a better service. Unable to exchange a shirt due to a cartoon missing from the packing and also umable to exchange a tie that I bought 29 days ago. Please note that I live in Cambridge and I came today to see actual size of shirt as already exhanged it couple of times.

We came to the Stratford store at the weekend to find a suit for my partner and was helped by Leroy who was amazing! He was very honest, knowledgeable and kind when helping my partner choose the right suit and all the extras. Having someone who knows their stuff without being pretentious is always a plus, we would recommend asking for Leroy?s help

Had a few issues in the store but then a lovely gentleman with the name of Leroy came to the rescue, He helped me choose my wedding suit Considering I choose a blazer that didn't come with matching trousers and a waistcoat.As soon as I asked him he literally knew exactly what to match the blazer with.Later on he personally altered my suit to perfection.Lovely guy with amazing customer service skills.

Came in just to have a look and ended up buying various suits, shirts and accessories. Rabie offered the best customer service and tailoring you could tell he is very knowledgable and experienced. In general extremely helpful and friendly staff that simplify the shopping experience and help to find the best suits for your style. Highly recommend and will be coming back for more. Fiona and waka were also amazing
