Service was nice EXCEPT for the old man in a suit. Highly rude, dismissive, with bad customer attention and completely stand-off-ish. He made my group feel uncomfortable and it was obvious he was signing to the other colleagues and whispering behind our backs. Will not be returning.

Sam was supportive throughout the sales process and worked on fitting my tux to the best it could be. Really appreciated the effort. The drop in point is the inflexibility the manager showed at times, even though I agree it?s his job, but could have been a little more flexible seeing that I was wedding shopping at his shop. It meant more to me to be there than he probably realised. Would not hesitate to recommend this place, however, know that what you pay is what you get - no special treatment; regardless of spend value.

I wish I read reviews before dealing with this company and I wouldn't have been burnt, this company is an absolute joke. I ordered something from their website which turned up faulty so had to go out of my way wasting money on London transport to take the shoes back to one of their stores to swap over for another pair, after shoes were swapped over I was given an in-store receipt , I came home and noticed that something else was wrong with the pair I swapped so had to waste more money taking them back to the flagship store, after speaking to customer service online I was told I could take them back to any store as it had changed to an in-store purchase, when arriving in store to get a refund at the Oxford Street branch I was greeted by a manager who thought he was better than everybody else who didn't want to listen to what I had to say about the shoes I had purchased from in store, he was adamant that they were an online order telling me they would have to be posted back to a warehouse, he even got on the phone to speak to somebody who obviously didn't understand the situation either. It wasn't rocket science the first order was an internet order when they were changed over in the Piccadilly store they became an in-store purchase so the staff on the customer service team told me I could get a refund in any one of their stores as it was now changed to an in-store purchase , something that a manager couldn't even understand. Now because he didn't want to listen he shipped my order back to a warehouse that had never came from a warehouse so it got lost in the system prolonging my refund, after not receiving my refund I had to make numerous phone calls to there customer service team , eventually they found my item an finally put the refund in process. So by choosing to this company to order from I have wasted over £25 in fares and phone calls, which is not acceptable for anybody to do, this company made so many mistakes it's unreal, This has been the worst experience ever choosing to buy something from this company. I sure wish I read other people's experiences with this company. And if that wasn't enough I found out this morning that they have charged me to send goods back to the warehouse, how disgusting they sell customers defected goods and then charge them for sending it back. AVOID AT ALL COST

Terrible customer service. Normally always visit this branch and have been served well but had a rude interaction with one of the staff members where he was passing rude comments and was so unfriendly that we left.

An older guy who served me today could not care less that I lost the ticket for the trousers I left for hemming. He didn't offer me any help just said there are so many items to check in a very unpleasant manner. In the end I showed the invoice and gave my name and it was found in 30 seconds. Although it is an inconvenience that I lost the ticket, no need for an unhelpful attitude. Won't be coming back to avoid a similar experience.

This is a very well managed branch of Hawes and Curtis. Great customer service, well organized and an overall satisfying customer experience. Furthermore, the quality of their organic chinos is second to none!

Easily one of the best shopping experiences I have had. After over two weeks of visits to large brand suit departments, and high street suit stores, I visited the H&C Oxford Street store on positive recommendation of a recent customer.From the moment I walked in the team were welcoming and helpful. Jonny in particular took the time to understand what I was after, and explain the nuances of suits/shirts to me. He took me through my options, measured me up and provided a number of suits for me to try on. Despite the store being very busy, I wasn't made to feel rushed or pressured to buy (like other stores where they seemed more interested in my price range).Happy with every aspect of the experience and high quality of the suits/shirts offered, I walked away with 2 suits, 2 additional pairs of trousers, 4 shirts, a tie and a wealth of understanding thanks to the brilliant in-store team.

The whole thing experience at this store has been very pleasant, but we wish to particularly highlight our assistant Duc, who has been instrumental in helping us find the right fit for the figure and budget. An asset to the team !
