They sold me a broken vape, which isn't their fault as they don't make the vapes, but when I went to replace it within 30 mins of buying it they refused to let me trade it in. I was a regular customer of the shop until this incident. Pretty poor long term planning on their part IMO.

DO NOT DROP YOUR PARCELS FOR EVRI HERE! THEY WILL RUDELY SHOUT AT YOU AND TURN YOU AWAY!! Would give them -100 stars if I could! So I tried to drop off some Amazon boxes for return via this shop. First day I arrived, the man told me the lady who knew how to do it was not in and told me to come back the next day. He wasn?t rude but neither was he empathetic to the heavy box I carried (he picked it up and said ?it?s not that heavy?). I asked if I could leave it there and come back the next day but he insisted it wasn?t heavy and to come back with the box the next day. For context I am 5? 1? and the boxes were as tall as my armpits. Second attempt was made by my partner who met the lady owner and said that she could not scan it. I?m not too sure how pleasant or unpleasant the interaction went. The third time, I was the one who tried to return it and the lady IMMEDIATELY RAISED HER VOICE AT ME saying ?NO NO NO YOU CANT RETURN THIS, CANT YOU SEE MY SHOP IS SO SMALL? USE YOUR COMMON SENSE? as I entered the shop. I was taken aback cause I literally hadn?t said a word or met her before and she was shouting at me? I lamented about how it?s the third time of us trying to return it and asked for some empathy over all the time and effort we?ve made to try to return it. She raised her voice at me even more and said she already told me it was not possible to return.. BUT HOW CAN SHE HAVE TOLD ME IF ITS THE FIRST TIME I MET HER?!! Plus the man told me to come back when she was around so obviously it could be returned there? I left the store but soon after returned for an apology for the way she spoke to me. She was unapologetic and said that she only raised her voice because I was complaining???? But she raised her voice from the moment she saw me and the boxes and afterwards, I only said in a speaking voice that it was our third time trying to return and for her to have some empathy. But apparently it warranted (in her mind) her being entitled to raising her voice at me. An argument ensued and she said she didn?t raise her voice from the moment I entered the store (she did) and that I could check cctv. I should have said ok to it because I know all this time she was the one being unreasonable and it would make her look stupid. All I asked was for an apology which I did in a civilised tone. In the end, she insincerely said sorry just to get me out of the shop as there were other customers she wanted to get money from. As I left through the door, she SCOFFED LOUDLY. I don?t know what her problem is, but she throws her temper at her customers AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Do not collect parcels from this store. I went to collect a parcel from Evri and was told it had been returned by the shop owner despite my email saying I had 3 more days to collect it. When I tried to tell him this, he just shouted over me and wouldn't let me speak. Extremely rude and now I don't have the parcel I ordered.

One man in there is polite. But the other one is not. The Evri printer is ?not working? more half the time. They?ll even waste your time telling you what day to come back, and won?t let you use the evri printer even when you come back exactly when they say! They lie that evri has to do something to the machine as it?s not working, but I guarantee you it?s working fine they just can?t be bothered to take parcels. They have the signs outside advertising being a evri drop off but never bloody take them. The older man who works there told me to pick up some random rubbish someone else had left in the shop. The shop stinks too.

Rude man with an attitude problem serving in the till shouted at me for asking to throw the sticky label generated by Hermes. Do not visit this shop toxic. They do not know how to behave in the UK. Should go back to where they came from.

Poor service!! I went there to drop my Hermes parcel, which was 3.2kg. Man refused because to heavy, I should do by collection he said. Very rude costume service. Try to void this shop !!

Agree with other reviews which say ?machine? is broken. Not sure if that is even true. Staff is rude and with a ?can?t be bothered attitude?. Why they even have the Evri service is a mystery they clearly don?t want to provide that service. Surprised somebody goes there for anything. Avoid at all costs.

I just went to drop a small Evri parcel, and it was the first time I deal with this shop. My experience with the shop keeper was bad. He is unhelpful and rude. I went in yesterday he said the paper is finished and today I had an argument with him. He told me don't come back next time!!! I said of course I don't want to deal with someone rude and unhelpful like you.This shop doesn't even deserve one star.

I can confirm all other 1 star reviews are true and correct about this shop. One of the rudest interactions I have ever had with a shop keeper in my life. Unbelievable. Do not shop here. The shop keeper needs a good slap

Absolutely awful customer service, rude, condescending and dismissive. If you don't like people and provide service for them, don't run the shop.
