Writing this with an extremely heavy heart. It?s always been a dream to visit Harrods and finally we made it there. It?s a long way from our place and we had to get in very crowded busses and train to get there and it was raining heavily.
Went to the lower ground and was thoroughly enjoying going through the Harrods products. The staff inside were angels. my three months old started crying for feeds. Went out and there were lots of chairs in the food area and two female staffs were sitting there. I asked one of them if I could breastfeed my child in one corner, as we went through a long way to get there, she was very hungry and crying. Immediately the lady who?s name starts with J, said, ?NO, u cannot. There are toilets upstairs, go feed there.? I was totally speechless, shocked. Feed my baby in the toilet? The world came crashing down. I?m just getting better from my post partum blues and was in high spirits when we went shopping but my world became totally cloudy like the weather outside. I still can?t control my urge to cry. She could have at least mentioned ?diaper changing rooms? if that?s what she meant but it was utterly ugly to hear that I should go feed my baby in the toilet.

We been visiting harrods recently quite often, overall experience is beautiful, most shops stuffs are nice, i would like to see 100% organic Food being served and sold, it's not too much to ask of luxury shop, also clothing and other items should be organic and fair trade. My wish for 2022 is to see over 70% of fruits and other edible items are organically sourced. GO ON HARRODS YOU CAN DO IT.

Harrods lavatory in lingerie area. Toilets in food court are better. Harrods seems to be downgrading every time I visit :/
