Very fortunate to be able to purchase a diamond ring created 'by Hancocks' 3 years ago. The thought put into the mount, tailored to the particular stones, brings out the best in them. A couple of months ago we replaced our wedding rings with traditional court rings made to order. I purchased another 'by Hancocks' diamond ring at the same time. The mount and shank are of such a good weight and so comfortable to wear, you know you're wearing quality.Guy helped us with our initial purchase, and Matthew with the wedding bands and the other diamond. The knowledge and expertise shared with us at each contact, and the service provided, was impeccable. Oh, and their window displays are just beautiful, not overloaded, but plenty to see, each piece having its place.

We chose Hancock's to help us with our wedding bands. The whole experience was so professional, and great value for money considering the final products and the service we received. We were expertly guided through the whole process and really felt looked after. We had two wedding rings made for our big day. The team at Hancock's helped us decide on the style and stones, politely managed our expectations on manufacturing timelines and we?ve been delighted with our rings ever since. Top customer service and great jewelry workmanship. Highly recommend.?

A really disappointing experience. My fiancé and I had booked an appointment to look at some wedding bands. We were asked to wait outside whilst a customer was being served and were left waiting for 20 minutes. I told the doorman we would go to a shop down the road and asked if they could contact me when they were ready. Upon our return (only 5 minutes later) they had let someone else in and we were asked to wait again. The doorman was incredibly rude and it very much felt as though we were not welcome. We decided to go to Hemings instead (which is conveniently across the road) and were seen straight away. The staff were friendly and the service received was impeccable - we are both very pleased with our purchases. It's a shame that Hancock's is no longer the establishment it used to be.

I could not be happier with the three signet rings that Hancock's made for me, my husband and my son. Beautiful workmanship and excellent prompt communication throughout the process. I should have written this review over a year ago and then I simply forgot. Recently somebody asked me to recommend a jeweller for signet rings and I told them to look no further then Hancock's. Matthew Raymond is superb, We highly recommend.

I purchased a bespoke signet ring in late June 2022. I received impeccable service from Matthew Raymond. I had previously researched other potential suppliers but decided to purchase the ring from Hancocks due to their quality, service and price. I provided a sketch for the design of the ring and was absolutely thrilled with the result when I received delivery (from London to Melbourne, Australia) earlier this week. I could not recommend them more highly.

I ordered a custom signet ring for my son which was beautifully executed and delivered to us (earlier than expected), international post, on Christmas Eve. Visited Matthew and Jo to commission a custom signet ring. I expected it to be good, but what came back was utterly remarkable. The detail is absolutely impeccable and they got it made 4 weeks earlier than i expected. Would highly recommend visiting them in the Burlington Arcade premises. 10/10

I carefully vetted 3 different organizations to work with on my second signet ring (1st was a cushion ring and this time, oval) and selected Hancocks. I could not be more pleased. Hancocks has extraordinary craftsmanship and offers outstanding service. This Oval signet ring is a work of art. In particular, I would like to thank Matthew Raymond for all of his efforts.
