Big queues, only 1 cheque deposit machine and 1 person working in the bank. If you’re trying to get something done in 10-20 min go somewhere else. Everything takes ages.

I had not used my account for over 30 years, as I moved abroad. Went in, without an appointment, asked to close my account ( as I hadn’t used it in three decades). Tried to add my partner to my bank account (website says go in branch). The assistant tried to get me to do a long and complicated process myself involving multiple new accounts etc rather than simply adding my partner to an existing account.
