Nice guys, helpful and informative. Unfortunately, kwickfit was £40 cheaper per tyre, which makes a difference when the tyres cost £248 to start with.

Not good, paid for a tyre online and booked a appointment for fitting.After turning up for my appointment i was told the shop didn't have my tyre and they would have to re'order it and i was given a new appointment.I turned up on new appointment day 20 minutes early and after a wait was told the technician is refusing to do the work because it's to late in the day even though I had a appointment the shop made.I requested a refund which I'm still waiting for..

Absolutely awful - avoid completely. They are extremely unprofessional and extortionate. I went there to get an MOT and service for my vehicle with my break pads working and in order. When I picked up the car, my car had warning lights flashing up to replace my break pads. I asked Halfords to replace it but in doing that, an engineer damaged the wiring in the car - they admitted this to me!Because the wiring was damaged by them, they agreed to fix it for free. I later realised that they were just stringing me along with their lies and did not intend to fix it for free but instead they attempted to charge me £400 to fix a damage they created!!Gladly I stayed clear of that disgusting place and went directly to the dealer. It?s unfortunate that I had to pay the dealer for damage that was created by Halfords but I?ve learned my lesson - just avoid entirely.I tried to raise a formal complaint about the issue with their complaints team but I was just ignored for months. They must do this often, it?s honestly a fraudulent and non-compliant business as a whole.

Honestly awful! I would put 0 stars if I could but it is not an option unfortunately.I booked my MOT in with this branch, skeptical anyway as it being a Halfords but I was desperate as I left it last minute. (A week)Anyway, all booked in and paid for.I wake up the morning of the MOT and my test was booked in for 9am. I had received a call from the branch an hour before the booked in time to state that they would not be able to complete my MOT as a member of staff had called in sick.I called back obviously not very happy and they offered to book me in for a whole week later. I stated that it runs out tomorrow and that would not be any good to me and the staff member just says ?oh yeah, I will just refund you?. They did not seem to care that they had lost custom and did not try to help to book me in sooner even after cancelling very last minute.From reading other reviews this is a very common thing from this branch of them calling customers last minute and giving an excuse as to why they have to cancel their appointment which to me shows that maybe they are lying to customers and making it up because they cannot be bothered to complete the work booked in or have over booked.Not happy with the service at all. Would definitely not recommend.

Great service from start to finish from a very knowledgeable team. Having a health report after my MOT/ Service is super helpful because I can tell where my problem areas are. I definitely will be coming back next year! Thank you team

Worst experience ever, they really tested my patience today. First of all my mum booked the appointment for possibility changing her front 2 tyres but as mum English is limited she mentioned I will come along for her appointment. We went in early to make sure they can do what we ask for, front reception guy says yes, another guy comes and takes the car says he will call me over when he takes tyres off so we can take pictures, all of a sudden somone else is already changing the tyres without any discussion and seems pissed when I approached and explained to him. Anyway he then said he can?t even send the receipt to the correct name provided as we need it as proof to claim back. Told me he will sort it out in the next 15 minutes so I said okay I will leave and call back if I don?t get it. Never got the receipt so went back only to be told actually he can?t bloody change it as system won?t allow him, never informed us about it, was very rude with his attitude as well, says I should call customer service so I explained the fault is with you as my mum can in and booked with correct name so he should call and sort it ?I won?t do that? in a attribute manner, honestly people like that should not be at the front desk if they can?t even do their job properly. I knew this place was rubbish but topped it with their workers. Like I didn?t pay for the services asked and explained to 3 different people that don?t listen at all. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULES!!!!!

I took a Land Rover to this garage for a routine oil service, but I ended up regretting it. After waiting several hours waiting for oil has been told, the mechanic told me that he needed to replace the timing belt for that. He was lying and laughing. I feel cheated and ripped off by this garage and their dishonest staff. They take advantage of customers and make us pay for unnecessary repairs. I told I wanted a refund from my online payment. They were rude and unprofessional, and they did not care about customers satisfaction. I do not recommend this garage to anyone. They are dishonest and incompetent, and they will try to scam you. Stay away from them and find a better garage that respects their customers and does a proper job.

I went to this place on 16th of December to get my punctured tyre fixed after I made an appointment and paid for it online. I got there in the morning as the first customer and waited until they opened, then I was asked to hang around for an hour as the job was going to take an hour. Only to come in an hour later and was told that the tyre was damaged and could not be fixed, I was told that I needed 3 new tyres instead, 1 new tyre to replace the punctured tyre, and 2 new tyres to replace my both front wheels tyres as they were almost gone, the manager said. I then went home and bought 4 new sets of tyres online and booked a mobile fitting same from Halford, which they came to my house to do the job, but found out from the mobile fitting technician that the damaged tyre was more than perfect to be fixed as the tyre was still in good condition, it was the exact story for the 2 front wheels. The mobile fitting technician fixed the punctured tyre in less than 15 minutes, and he also cancelled the 4 sets of tyres that I ordered and paid for online. So it's either the guys from this place don't know what they are doing, they did not bother to even check the tyre because they were going to be busy with other jobs that morning, or they just wanted me to spend more money. So I decided to go home and purchase the 4 sets of tyres because I was angry that they made me wait in the cold for over an hour before letting me know that they could not fix the punctured tyre, but I'm glad I did.
