Really hard to find entrance as they have the poster stuck over it.Disabled bathroom was really dirty with mould on floor and seal and coming away from wall.Really smelly.Staff always a bit difficult to engage.Good films though!

Communication & consideration terrible. Lift not working to upper floors (Screen 5) but no advance warning on line, so elderly and disabled have to seriously struggle up several flights of stairs....so much for the "great equalities driven Hackney" Film was good

Small picture house. Lift wasn't working, toilets clean. Otherwise, the screen was clean and seats very comfy.

Clean venue and the staff are polite. Unfortunately the lift wasn't working and the prices of the drinks are expensive. It's the only cinema near and convenient to me.

The door locks on half of the ladies toilets were broken and taped up - really shabby considering it?s not a cheap cinema!

I went to watch the renaissance movie by Beyoncé the audio was very very low. A boy asked them to turn the volume up which they didn?t it was very very budget the cinema screens especially 5 is very small it?s not the best it?s mainly for old people :)

Great seating (seats lean back) and really friendly staff. The seats and at the back of the theatre don?t get as much sound so some audio was missed

Don't leave your bike in front, likely to be stolen or vandalised by local thieves...And Picturehouse staff won't be any help, even though they have CCTV and security on site.
