Wag and Julie were fantastically helpful from my first visit to the shop, talking me through different options for replacing the worn flooring in my flat. The fitters carried out a great job and everyone I encountered was friendly, professional and very easy to deal with. I'm delighted with the results.

Julie and Wag were a huge help to a pair of tricky customers (us). We'd had some less than stellar building work done which meant a compromised floor, but they were able to help us fix a longstanding issue and ensure we had a lovely new carpet fitted. We asked them heaps of questions and they always took the time to answer even the silly ones. Amazing service from start to finish. Julie & Wag were fantastic at advising on the carpet and measuring what we needed to be most cost efficient. The team who fitted the carpet were excellent, tidied up after each room had been fitted & worked really hard. We love our carpet, thank you! I needed to re-carpet the flat quickly between tenants moving out new ones moving in. Hackney flooring were amazing - came out the next day to measure and were able to supply and fit the carpets within 48 hours. Highly recommended. Good quality, reasonable prices and great service.
