H&T in 1d Walm Ln, London NW2 5SJThe shop assistant literally closed the window as soon as he saw me at the shop window! it was 5:05. When I asked if the shop was closing at 5:30 like the website states he replied for customers closes at 5pm.Strangely enough I had time to go to the other H&T, 5 minutes away, it was opened and had the time to try on 3 rings.I made sure to finish working earlier today and travelled from St.John?s Wood to check these shops as I have to buy a gift, very bad customer service and vibe in this one, I will not go again

The best H&T store to visit out of the many I've been too!Excellent service and very friendly communication from both the Manager Kinga and Gabriel. Always very helpful and willing to do their best to help you out. Also, very knowledgeable on the products, and the jewellery looks very well presented and shiny compared to other stores.Definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to buy jewellery/watches.5/5 stars!!

Angela store manager willesden 2Angela is a very polite and patience person. Who answered all my questions and put back a smile on my face with all the back and forth with loan centre when I applied for a cash loan.I even learnt something new today about how to check my credit score.I got the loan in the end.Wish her all the best in her job?
