Purchased a watch in store then had to send it back as it was not holding the time correctly! Watch came back after 8weeks with a chip on the crystal, store said they could not do nothing about it! How are they allowed to get away with this?

Extremely rude. The female staff was holding the items as if I would steal the items. Didn't use polite manners at all. Didn't answer to my questions, instead, she answered whatever she wanted.
