I came hear to test my gold and I met this amazing man Larry, who did not only test it but revived the jewellery to a brand new one mysteriously.I am delighted and grateful that I have a brand new earrings.This place is the best store to come into fir all your jewellery enquiries.Thank you H&T.??

Lerry is an amazing person, and somebody who really knows how to deal with clients. Everytime I have gone I am welcomed with the biggest smile which instantly makes me feel better. He has great passion and empathy which is a skill that Chloe lacks.It took me 1hr and 30 driving to get here, simply because all western unions refuse to do bank transfers. I go there only to meet the rudest person known to man, Chloe, her customer service was horrible compared to Lerry. I personally feels she lacks the proper training when it comes to customer service as I feelshe was extremely passive aggressive and self centred. She further refused to serve me which left me waiting for another member of staff. I also think she should not be doing this job as many feel, not just me but other family members and friends of mine that have gone there feel she comes across quite racist seeing as her treatment towards white clients were completely different to us. For the good of the company, Chloe should not be working there or should be given further training.

If possible i would give this store less than 0 stars, the manager was of the most horrible rudeness, we came in to by a diamond ring that my fiancé wanted for a long time and was exposed in the window,we went in and we asked to see the ring but when she heard we speak other language with each other she said we need to leave as they are closed already,Rude ,racist and unprofessional,Really disappointed,I will let everyone i know be aware of you,
