Orribile experience with a very disrespectful lady working there with tattoos , as I am Muslim the lady treated me like a refuge and with no respect at all, the guy working there was 100% respectful with good understanding of costumer service, and was able to serve me using western Union

I was early for an appointment up Haverstock Hill and at the back of my mind was the thought I might find my friend's wedding present - gold earrings in H & T Pawnbrokers.I didn't see anything suitable in the windows so went inside.Rhina the assistant instantly asked me if she could help and so I told her what I was looking for.She found it in one on a stand inside!9 carat gold earrings designed for the 125 years of the shop - they were perfect!Rhina took my details for a prize draw, took my card payment for the earrings and then proceeded to wrap them immaculately with green paper and gold ribbon.She could not have been more helpful and was pleasant and chatty but not too much so!H & T Pawnbrokers are VERY lucky to have her working for them - I hope they recognise a good thing / person when they see one.Rhina is an asset to the shop and how!She found what I was looking for in an instant - thank you Rhina.
