I didn't like the way a member of staff served me and found her rude. I did make a formal complaint but it was a waste of time.

I needed to cash the cheque, so decided to go to ?awnbrokers at Stratford Sho?ing Center. The ladies there were very friendly and hel?ed me to do it with no ?roblems in short time. Very good service, for sure would come again for the same or other questions. thanks again!

The black girl behind the desk delivered really disgusting service.She has no idea how to serve customers; I went there to get money through WesternUnion; I will never use their branch again; if you want to be treated like garbage, go there and verify it to yourself.This lady has to go somewhere to learn how to communicate with others.

I came into the shop just to enquire about buying individual Jewellery boxes ( as I make my own necklaces ) and Rohit kindly gave me one for free! I was taken back by this because this kindness isn?t displayed often. Me and my partner ended up getting our mothers gifts for Mother?s Day. Great service from Rohit and Matt is also a funny man. Great humour :) will be back
