Would seem like a forward looking bank in terms of their deployment of technology but they very very poor in resolving customer queries. Will not recommend this bank to anyone.I had a failed transaction that took over 2 years to reverse only after very severe escalations and threat. Very bad experience.This review is for the Nigerian branch though. Would not bother findout if the UK branch is the same

Don't even know why it was setup in the UK if it can't be used to access your Nigerian GTBank account.

I'm really disappointed to see such horrible reviews for the UK branch. The Nigerian branch however, has very professional and helpful staffs who are very security conscious and their systems are so secure and watertight.I'm horrified to know that the UK branch is not maintaining this image of such a reputable bank.

This is not a good bank to deal with, as they do not care about your money especially via internet banking. People avoid this bank for your own sake!!!!!!!!! you are warned

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS !!! To open a bank account with them in the UK you need to deposit £5000 monthly.

The bank seems to mostly be an outlet for their main offices in Nigeria, without a typical cashiering facility.In addition, when I went there to open an account, there was nobody at the front desk and I had to yell for someone to come out from the back. Aside from this lapse in basic security it just reeks of unprofessional behaviour.I'm not looking forward to a return visit.
