I wish that I got the lady at the front till's name but she was so polite , friendly and caring person. She showed guinuine kindness to me at my daughter at 5.30pm ish. Her college was very welcoming also. I wish them both a Happy New Year. You are both angels xxxx

That's the branch near my work and i come here a few times a month. The staff is always incredibly polite! Like - really :) The team is great. I've been here dozens of times and my pastry was cold just once - it happens. Always a great experience, even though it's very busy in the morning.

the cheese and onion bake was excellent but i am a cheese lover so i might be a bit biased. i was very excited to try the infamous sausage roll because i have seen it for years online. it was very good too, delicate and buttery. the prices are extremely fair and the pastries are served still very hot! i will definitely be back on my birthday!

Flys dropping off the staff. 1 person serving, 3 standing about looking gormless. Messed my order up twice, got back to the hotel, and realised that they had hadn't given me part of the order.

80% of the tables & chairs are dirty. Girl at the front was so weird about the code to use the bathroom. When I asked, she told me to just wait in line and go in when the person leaves the bathroom & then when my boyfriend asked she refused to let him know and then went herself to open the door for him. The bathroom is also gross. Girl why are you holding the bathroom code hostage my goodness

My first Greggs sausage roll after watching all the rave about them, and it does live up to its expectations! I was lucky to get them warm unlike what other reviews mentioned, perhaps cos it?s early in the morning. Queue was long but did clear rather quickly as there?s 2 staff pushing out orders. For £1.50, you can?t get more than this - fills me up pretty good for a breakfast too!
