1) why is there only 1 person serving at peak times? The queue is often outside the door!
2) why has the leather lane store been closed? Why hasn't there been any signage on the shutters indicating when/if they will reopen.

Decent place and decent prices at the heart of the financial district. There is a queue at times but the service is fast and efficient.

You can not sell cold cheese bakes or any other hot food cold. It's disgraceful. I just left a review on trip advisor but I won't be going in to any more of your food oulets. Staff were great at least they follow the policy of not selling hot food cold.

Sausage roll was stone cold and was told that they couldn?t reheat them. Was told that was how they are and it?s normal. Not my first Gregg?s and I know they are hot.
