Popped in few weeks back, was served by the young white lad.
Great service, with a smile. He even came around from the tills to pass me my food once it was ready.
thought that was lovely.

There are some Gregg's that let their sausage rolls get too cold. This one still had them piping hot at 10am. I gotta respect da ting. Also this pumpkin spice donut caught me by surprise... It is pretty incredible. Sir/Madam I wasn't familiar with your game.

The mature staff who was in duty on 23/07/2024 morning at 9am refused to heat the bacon breakfast roll and served with a long cooked bacon which was also cold. I always get this order warm from this outlet other times and if I wanted to have something cold in the morning, I would have ordered a chilled sandwich. This would be my last visit to this outlet.

I'm sorry but I just visited the Greg's in leather Lane EC1 and I purchased a cheese bake. I took it back to the car took a bite and it was cold not even warm. I went back in said that the cheese bake is cold and I was told that it is not in thwor policy to sell hot food. I asked if it can be warmed up and they said sorry they don't provide that service. I would like to ask if Greg's is only a tea, coffee and a sandwich shop because there is no point in selling cheese, vegetable bacon wrap or any hot items if it going to be sold cold. The last was kind enough to want to give me a refund but I refused as I had a bite. I won't be going to Greg's again

Rained on blown by the wind and in search of food and drink I stumbled across an Oasis in the desert, 2 sausage rolls and a cup of hot tea served up by the wonderful smiling gent behind the counter, who does not love Greggs ?

While the lady at the till failed to adequately explain the breakfast options, it was fortunate that the person making the coffees stepped in to provide helpful information. The fact that the coffee maker took the time to explain the deal and the available options in a friendly manner is commendable. However, the initial lack of information from the cashier highlights a gap in training or communication within the establishment.
