I was in a rush this morning and only had time to grab a Steak Bake. Unfortunately, it was stone cold when I got it. As I had to run for my train, I couldn?t go back to complain. I didn?t eat it, as I was worried it might make me sick. Really disappointing experience.

Had some chicken stipes and all that overcooked oil comes back on my throat and i have to spit it. Do not recommand. Cheap and stupid food . You get what you pay for

Said good morning as walked in and was ignored. Opened late, didn?t have anything out? just wanted a cheese and onion bake as usual? actually walked out with nothing it was so bad

Slow, over 15 mins time to serve so had to leave, total failure. More staff needed but frankly in a train station (where people (very obviously) need to catch a train a certain time) there should be adequate numbers - unacceptable.

Extremely rude staff but it seems thats the way it is in all their outlet.Food packaging says: hot and tasty.Complete non sense.The food is cold whether you get any sausage rolls, potatoes or anything else .Same issue with a number of locations.Price keeps going up whereas the quality goes down.

Day1. Just had a cold chicken bake after waiting g 15 in a queue. Not worth it.
Day2. Asked staff named Carol if the chicken bake is warm enough. She very rudely replied check it yourself or call customer service.

A terrible atmosphere inside.. very untidy around. So many team members behind the counter, only one person serving. The member of staff, who served me today, was so rude, no smile, just mean eye contact. I felt guilty buying there, like I made a crime.
He just dropped my items on the counter. Chicken bake was smashed?

Good little Greggs but there is a queue most times so bare that in mind if you need to catch a train. They have good vegan sausage rolls. Staff are fast and efficient. Loads of pastries, sweet treats, drinks available to takeaway.

Staff charged me twice for a coffee and even though I showed them proof, they wouldn't refund me! Linda was rude and unhelpful and customer services have not helped either. Area around sugar and napkins was filthy and to top it all, my coffee was cold! If they say your payment hasn't gone through, be wary before paying again.
