This is one of the most prolific bakery?s in the united kingdom but in my opinion not the greatest by far. I tend to go here if in a rush and hungry wanting to get a quick snack on a budget but for the sake of an extra couple of £?s you will find better variety and quality food elsewhere. Their opening times is at 7am however once arriving early morning at 7:30am I still received a stone cold vegan sausage roll and was told it will take 20 mins for a warm batch. So in my case not so fresh at all. I also purchased two yum yum for £1.50 which tasted not to bad but overall the atmosphere is very rushed and there was little communication prior to taking my money if my purchase would be cold and if I would prefer a hot fresh one.

I asked to warm up the sausage roll it was cold,member of staff said he's can't,but he's don't even change in new one the fresh one and warm,really disappointed.

The food was freezing cold when they were meant to be open for another 2 hours, I was overcharged for a cake that I didn?t want, specified that I didn?t want when they bagged up the wrong one but still charged me for it anyways. There was a short black hair in my food, I normally overlook hairs in my food because I understand it?s possibly mine but this one was short curly and black, completely opposite to mine. Should have gone to the Greggs in Westfield.

Life brings me to Stratford from time to time and this Greggs is my usual port of call. It's much less crowded than the one in the Westfield Shopping Centre and you can often get a seat.
For lunch I scoffed a delicious vegetable bake + sausage roll = £3.25.
I had an evening flight from Stansted so instead of getting ripped off in airport eateries I took my tasty Greggs dinner with me: steak bake + 2 sausage rolls = £4.50.

Today, I visited the Greggs store inside The Stratford Mall, and I was once again impressed by the exceptional service. The staff always provide a warm and welcoming experience each time I visit, especially in the evenings. One team member in particular, Ashwanth, stands out for his helpfulness and dedication in assisting with my choices. Additionally, the supervisor consistently displays a pleasant and friendly attitude towards customers. making every visit a positive experience!!!

This greggs is always closed when I want something. Normally saturday mornings 9.30/10am and again today 3.30 Wednesday afternoon. Other than that staff are nice, food and service good. Just so annoying when closed due to unforseen circumstances.

Excellent service as per usual. Usually served by Louisa in the mornings who always remember exactly what yet and I order, when the item isn?t available she remembers something else that I would like.

Luiza should change her attitude or quit, everyone else is quite nice there, except for her. She clearly hates her job, no good morning, no thank you,always miserable face, same every single morning, absolutely disgusting passive aggressive behaviour, will shop at Westfield shop from now on, don?t want to see that eternally miserable face from the early morning anymore

I always like going to Greggs stratford west mall. sadia she was quite friendly.She sure that I got exactly what I needed. Her cheerful attitude made my day.
