I received a reply from the Co-Owner, Leona within an hour of posting the review and then an email from Co-Owner, Mark, shortly after this.Within hours of my review, I had spoken to Mark via email and arranged to speak to him via telephone conversation to discuss my in-store experience. Mark was accommodating and we spoke on the phone for around 30 minutes - having a very pleasant and constructive conversation addressing my concerns and going above and beyond to rectify the poor customer service that I received in store. Mark reassured me that a full investigation into the incident will be conducted and the appropriate actions will be taken.My faith in PostMark has been completely restored and due to the care and attention of Co-Owner’s Leona & Mark, I will be more than happy to shop with PostMark once more and shop their delightful collection of JellyCat toys.”

“Scribbler provides the best card selection in the Wharf. Whether you are looking for a card for a Birthday, Wedding, Valentine's Day or other occasion, Scribbler will have something that fits the bill. The shop is tiny so you may need to fight your way around on popular card giving dates (like today, 14 Feb) but there is always a card which is just right if you look for long enough. The cards tend towards the brash, humorous end of the spectrum, although there are a fair few which are just simple wordplay which I always find inexplicably amusing. In addition to cards there are also a few small novelty gifts - however, this is not the reason to come here - its all about the cards cards cards!”

So I bought one for my brother who was an impatient at GOSH which is nearby your shop. There needs to be a card/gift shop tailored for children near GOSH especially as it’s a children’s hospital.
