There's a little south asian man working here and I used to be a regular. He comes from Pakistan. He would always behave like a predator towards me. He would stare and did things he thought he could get away with. He targeted me because I'm often alone and look very young for my age. People are usually attracted to my looks, but his behaviour is uncalled for. The reality is I'm above 30. I think he uses his "broken English" to appear innocent and more harmless than he is. He would always tell me stories of him being bullied or about his love life with his cousin who he married. He would then turn around and pick on me. The man who owns this is a older man from Pakistan who seems very abusive. I have no doubt he mistreats any female partner he has. His son would often stare at me, when I went there. I am pretty, but his behavior was bizarre. He does behave like a standard South Asian man. I'm actually mixed with Asian and I remember a guy working for them going out of his way to make conversation with me. It was weird, because he told me things that were irrelevant and inappropriate. I know the South Asian community have an inferiority complex because of how they've been treated by English people, but perhaps they should aim that towards them. They view everyone else as being superior to them besides those who look like them.

High quality wash, washer takes around 30 mins and so does the dryer, price is around 10 GBP for both, but the machines were really clean and new and so was the shop itself so it's definitely worth it compared to other launderettes. Laundry baskets are also provided for carrying your wash to the dryer.The owner is also really kind and helpful.

Very clean, helpful advise and well managed. My trip to local Laundrette after 30 Years was a superb amazing experience. Assistant given was out of this world. Two king size duvet washed in one machine at the same time for £11.00, 60p spin, all finished in 45mins, awesome. I will never throw another duvet away. It will be washed more regularly at Greenwood Laundrette. Thanks to the owner.

I came to this laundrette this morning for the first time. The staff member there approached me and I told him iv not come here before, but I want to dry. He then pointed to a sign and rudely said read the signs. I would have read the signs if he gave me the opportunity to. Do not approach customers to help them if you can?t simply explain that you cannot only dry. I then told him iv washed already, he said ?ohhh electricity bills I have to pay? very hard to make out what his rumbling but just came across rude. I went to another laundrette and was HAPPY to pay £7 to dry because they weren?t rude about it. Horrible attitude and no understanding of what customer service is. You can be nice to people and explain things rather than point to signs. Not coming back - went 5 minutes up the road - all go to the one in Dalston

Very welcoming establishment. The washing machines appear well maintained and the wash cycle/dry cycles in the machines I used were efficient. The owner is very accommodating and I really enjoyed the ambience. Highly recommended
