Complete failed treatment. I endured 3 long wasted years of Invisalign treatment under Nik Mangat before he concluded that it was not going to straighten my teeth as he had promised and after all that time my teeth had hardly moved at all.At the start of the treatment he gave me a device to put on my teeth for 20 minutes a day, that he told me would speed up the movement required which I used, every single day for 3 years.EverySingleDayNone of it made any difference whatsoever. Mangat wasted my time for 3 years and he had to give me all my money back.How on earth he got his qualifications is anyone's guess. An absolute cowboy. My experience is that he is not fit to practice. I wish I hadn't gone anywhere near this awful practice.

I would just like to take this opportunity to highlight how outstanding the care and dental treatment has been for my daughter throughout her orthodontic visits to the practice.From the very outset everything about the practice and our experience of it has been efficient, timely and of a very high quality. Appointments were offered promptly & flexibly, email communications were clear and interactions with all members of staff pleasant & professional.In particular my daughter & I would like to pass on a special thanks to Dr Karun Sagar. Our ordeal at this dental clinic was profoundly unsatisfactory, and regrettably, it extended beyond mere disappointment. From the moment we arrived, the disdain was palpable, starting right from the receptionist and permeating through to the dentist. My mother, in dire need of dental care, was met with a dismissive and demeaning attitude at every turn. The consultation was rushed, with little to no consideration for her concerns, highlighting a troubling indifference to patient care. It was glaringly evident that this clinic maintains a prejudiced stance towards NHS patients, manifest in the disparaging treatment we received from both administrative and clinical staff. This experience not only reflects poorly on their professionalism but also on their commitment to patient welfare. I emphatically advise against patronising this facility and urge others to seek dental care where respect and thorough attention are standard practice.

Was being referred by an ENT specilaist, i booked tooth extraction with Azza, and she was gentle and made ease all went well, thanks, 4 star beacuse the reception 4 people sitting giggling and not even answering the calls such a shame so many people working at the reception and basically useless.

Extremely negative experience. Got referred here by 111 as I needed an emergency appointment, I came in distressed and instead of being polite I got hounded for ?abusing? emergency dental services and the dentist was extremely rude to me. I was in the practice, seen to & out of there in under 10 minutes. It was rushed, rude & not a pleasant experience especially when going through a medical emergency. Very, very disappointed.

Such a disappointing dentistWe have struggled on here for three years but will be switching after we had a family visit for dental check which no joke lasted <6 minutesEach time it is a different dentist- some for sure better than others, but never someone who knows us, and the quality of care and attention varies wildlyThe hygienist is rushed and does not communicate clearly or give advice, my mouth afterwards felt somehow less clean than at the startThe reception staff are cold and indifferent: I feel always I am annoying them by existing somehow. But really, how hard is it to just smile warmly and say "welcome"....I wish we had moved earlier to another practice but we will now- this one has been consistently poor

I've been waiting longer than being intervened by the dentist (not kidding 3minutes) and only to prescribe me some pills ?, and water with salt (unbelievable) when it was an emergency call from 111. Not even a X-ray to check properly what?s the real issue. But for take the payment of 25,80£ they were fast? horrible dentist service. 0 ??

As a private practice its a great dentistry. Most of the negative comments are for NHS visits. That is not dentists problem, NHS is limiting each visits to few minute's only and will not pay for any extras until you "tick all the boxes". Those dentists will not be paid by NHS if they decided to to extensive treatments on you. And of course will will not pay from your own pocket. So like GP's, the NHS dentists are the same. It's not NHS fault, its the top dogs who don't put money in it. The quicker people will understand the difference, the less abuse the doctors themselves will have.

Orthodontic care was poor. I was treated a few years ago with Invisalign and paid a lot of money. The first treatment did not work properly so they extended for a few months with more of aligners. Which did work but not 100% . Dr Mangat was always very inpatient and rude especially to his assistants which made me feel uncomfortable. He told me that the treatment was done and that was it, like he couldn?t be bothered anymore. At the time I didn?t mind they they were not completely straight at it looked ok to me. But I was offered no after care, I was given one clear plastic aligner, which was designed for two weeks wear not long term, which was inevitably worn out after a few weeks and was given no advice about wearing a night retainer or offered one after so my teeth all moved back in a few months to being bent again. I am now going through treatment again and having to pay again with a different orthodontist. Who have advised me that I need to wear a night retainer after treatment indefinitely, which is all included in the package.
