A Cake ....a tiny cake was ...so expensive....tasty but not so special......nice place and our third or forth time but no pastry in the morning and ordered a cake very very exensive cake.

Green Rooms served as our stellar hub for the Ally Pally darts experience! With 8 thoughtfully booked rooms featuring shared bathrooms, the impeccable cleanliness of the facilities was maintained consistently throughout the day. It can be quite loud as there?s a main road outside and the windows aren?t very good. The room is alright through for all the basics tea and coffee cupboards bathroom.

The best I can say about the room is? it?s a room. And it was clean.Very small, very noisy (single glazed window to high st didn?t shut properly).The location is perfect for easy travel 50yards from the tube and the Bar area looks like a cool place to hang out.Rooms: Feels a little more like a hostel/prison cell than a hotel room. Very small, very basic.It was very clean and the bathroom was more modern than the room.All seemed nice and clean.Food & drinks: Although the bar was shut when I arrived it does look very welcoming and exactly the kind of place I would speak to hang out.

This place has a great ability to make you feel unwelcome. It is inconsistent, the staff is always different and they can't bother to train them in customer service skills of on their food menu. It is so inconsistent that I did try to go and work at my laptop and have coffe and lunch, but they made it impossible. One day you can only sit in one area, and not in the other. One day they have gluten free dishes on the menu, the next day the same dishes all have gluten and actually the whole menu has gluten so you can't eat anything. One day the coffee is nice, the next is bad and made by someone who never made a coffee in their life. Ah, for sure they always forget to bring you sugar at the table. Honestly, I tried because the place is nice, but I will never again spend my money in here.

Stayed here in august 2023. There is a Mcdonalds nearby, a morrisons and another store. Wood green station is also very close.I don't know if this is for all rooms but my room did not have a private toilet. The toilets and showers were shared, but still very clean and great.Had a coffee at their bar one morning, really liked it.Our towels got changed and beds were made nearly every single day.The only thing is that the view out of the window was a metal staircase.

The heating is good. The recepcionist is friendly. The room kitchinet is extremely precarious, the pan is minuscule, no utensils to cook with. The steep ladder to the bedroom is so dangerous. The shower is wonderful.Noteworthy details: There are many things that are missing for practicality purposes. Kitchen towel, spatula, a bigger frying pan, a big knife, cutting board, etc

It was a great spot to relax, it had an amazing view just outside, close to it is a cinema, the railway station and basically everything you?d need for your day to day activities, furthermore the staff were gentile and nice, I did enjoy my stay .Nearby activities: There are a lot of restaurants close to the location, the hotel itself has a bar, and just outside there is a cinema!

I like this hotel because the location is the best everything is close by. Food places they have halal takeaways too. Grocery store. Everything is close by.Safety: Very safe to walk around inWalkability: 1 minute away from the underground tubeFood & drinks: All food places are walking distance

I stayed here for one night in a male dorm, the location is perfect if you're going to see something at Alexandra Palace, which is well within walking distance - even for someone like me with a disability.Positives - the mattress I slept on was by far the most comfortable I have even experienced at any hostel, the place was spotless and staff very friendly and helpful. The location is also ideal - right opposite Wood Green tube station, nearby is also a mall and high street with plenty of shopping and dining options.Negatives - Accessibility left a lot to be desired! To access the hostel/dorm you need to use a key code lock which unfortunately for me with my disability was impossible. I couldn't enter the code to get through the doors and gave up after a few attempts as it became painful to try. Other guests staying in the dorm obviously had the same issue as the dorm door was left ajar all night so that people could come and go without having to use it. This surely is a massive issue for guest safety?A simple electronic key card system would do wonders here. Yes, the key code entry locks look hipstery and cool (this building on the whole seems to massively value looks over function) but they're just not working and really do need replacing. I'd also messaged ahead and asked the property to allocate me a bottom bunk, this wasn't arranged but luckily was sorted fairly quickly once I raised the issue. As it stands - I wouldn't stay here again simply on the grounds of poor accessibility but it's a nice, clean and comfortable hostel and the dorm is much more generous with space than any other I've stayed in, even if it is impossible to enter for some with the stupid key code locks!This could be a genuinely great hostel experience, the place just needs a little bit of thought put into accessibility.
