This is a cowboy business - do not go near it. I understand they were once good, however the founder passed away and the family members who took it over are not of the same calibre. We commissioned them for a large (five figure) whole house project that included kitchen worktops, utility room worktops, bath surrounds, shower floors, bespoke vanity tops among other items. As soon as we paid our deposit it became nearly impossible to get hold of them (Demetri the owner specifically) to actually do the work they had been paid for. It took weeks of chasing and ignored messages and demands to have our deposit returned to get any sort of response. Eventually they sent people to template the first phase - which they do in an extremely rudimentary method. It then took months of chasing, calls, demands to return my deposit and calls to the showroom (to speak to the employees who are at least more responsive than the owner) to eventually get someone to actually start to make any items - in this case a marble bath surround and marble floor for a WC and shower cubicle. Unsurprisingly given the rudimentary templating the marble bath surround was (1) too small and we are left with a large gap before the tiles which looks horrific and (2) cracked that they had tried to repair out. They also forgot that there is Under Floor Heating in the WC so did not bring the correct adhesive to affix the floor (which has been left unfitted). They are claiming the marble surround ?had to be small? because it was too difficult to move into position due to tiles being installed by the contractor. Our contractor has offered to replace the surrounding, which would show them they simply templated wrong and are making false claims. I have sensibly proposed that if the contractor is able to fit a correctly sized marble bath surround it should be the responsibility of Granite London to cover the cost since it shows the error is theirs (and conversely if it can?t be done it of course wouldn?t be). Unsurprisingly after much chasing to get any sort of response they have refused this suggestion - which tells you all you need to know about their workmanship. We had been let down by other suppliers and asked Granite and Marble to supply and fit at late notice. They were nice, helpful, flexible, offered good value and a very high quality product and service and fitted co-operatively round other people's complicated schedules on both the templating and installation. Granitelonond came in very competitive for our outdoor granite worktop, surveyed and quiclky installed it. The fitted BBQ was just sticking out 20mm or so further than ideal so we emailed and someone was back the enxt working day to cut in another 20mm and make it perfect, and they followed up by e-mail to make sure we were all happy onw - so very good service and good value and good product tooService: Countertops

Just had our worktop, splash back and island with a mitred end panel fitted by Granite London. It looks exquisite and we can?t stop looking at it and touching it. We loved every one of their staff that we met, all were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled. They fitted very nice carrera quartz worktops for me. Got it all done quickly and at a reasonable price.On top of that, my builder put a small chip in the worktop a few weeks later and they sent someone out to fix it for free which I thought was very generous of them.Services: Countertops

we purchased some granite kitchen worktops nearly 20 years ago. Yanis was delightful, and I'm so pleased that his son is now running the business with the same friendly and helpful manner. We're as pleased with the granite today as we were the day it was fitted and it still looks as good. Just made contact again for a minor job, and am so pleased to deal with them again.
