Gordon Ramsay has a bar and grill right in the heart of Mayfair and it is good. It's not one of his fancier restaurants but it's certainly elevated bar fare. I had a superb Caesar salad with a nice jammy egg on top followed by a great burger with perfect chips (fries!). And maybe even a little sticky toffee pudding for dessert! It's a nice comfortable space with a bar that would be great for happy hour. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Not a bad way to spend an afternoon.

The food at Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill was very well prepared and the service was attentive without being overly intrusive. I ordered a 10 oz ribeye steak with sides of fries and heirloom tomatoes. The steak was prepared exactly as I requested--medium rare. The sear was nice and the meat had rested so it was juicy. The fries were crisp on the outside and creamy on the inside. The heirloom tomatoes were a delightful surprise. There were three different types of fresh tomatoes dressed in oil with small dabs of goats curd and olive crumbs. The large amount of oil was unexpected, but the tomatoes did not eat greasy. The goat curd and olive crumbs added necessary salt to the dish. My friend ordered the burger and he thought it was delicious. We finished with the sticky toffee pudding which was excellent. The restaurant surprised me with a birthday dessert which was a slice of rich brownie. If I may be so bold as to offer two suggestions for improvement, first, entry to the restaurant was a mystery, since there was no sign on the exterior or formal area for the front of house on the interior. The restaurant presents as a strange side room to Chef Ramsay's Lucky Cat restaurant. A more complete experience would have a formal entrance or direction to enter from inside the hotel. My second suggestion would be to put some garnish on the steak plate. The steak was literally served alone on a white plate. I appreciate spartan/reductionist style but there is a difference between thoughtfully spare and plain, and the steak looked very lonely on the plate. Nevertheless the steak was impeccably prepared. I fully understand that this was a steakhouse, but a half slice of grilled tomato or a side of broccolini would have added dimension and color to the plate. These are minor suggestions that would make the experience more complete. I would not hesitate to return.

We found this place after a tour. Our trip was really excited and went into it knowing we'd pay a decent price for the experience but it's Gordon Ramsey, and felt like we HAD to go. Our waiter was amazing and very kind. The drinks were decent, unfortunately the main reason we went was so disappointing. The food we order left so much to be desired flavor wise. We were overcharged for 2 bottles of water we never received. Unfortunately don't see us returning to any Ramsey establishments. Definitely feels like you pay for the name over what the name is known for and that was such a let down.

We just had the loveliest week-long stay at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square -- one of the highlights was definitely enjoying the Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill throughout the week. They had the most incredible breakfast spread every single morning, and we even ordered room service a couple of times. Not only was the food incredibly fresh and high-quality (you could really taste the difference!), but the staff was fantastic. Ella Kamila and Maffer Olivera especially took such great care of us. Whether you're staying at the hotel or just looking for a delicious breakfast or dinner option, I highly recommend checking out the Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill. You won't be disappointed.

As someone who is from america, the food was bland and overpriced for the overall taste. Best thing we had was the cheeseburger. service was great though!

A quintessential, on-brand, get what you'd expect from a Gordon Ramsay outfit. High quality, clean and creative, efficient, delicious, classic meal. I had the perfectly prepared rib eye, sampled four dinner wines from the bottle menu, and two dessert wines. And because it was London, I went in for the hot brownie dessert which was BEYOND. Tip top as they say in London Town.

The food and service were superb. We attended as a red letter day event but not everything on the menu was suitable for our dietary needs. The staff offers us alternate options that were not on our menu and could not have been more helpful. The food was delicious and well presented. Highly recommended!

Pooja was fantastic! Great service! Great food! Loved the experience!!! We were kindly greeted and requested a table for 7. Not easy to accommodate this size of group. Within 2 minutes we were seated and given stellar food recommendations and service!! Very happy we found the restaurant ?

Honestly the best part of this dining experience was the salad > wellington beef > cocktails, still worthy trying once due to Gordon Ramsay. Incredibly high service charge was not expected though.

Booked Christmas Dinner here. Turkey dinner looked nothing like the promotional pictures. Vegetables were all brown. One medium very well done roast potato on the plate which was hard as nails. The dish was swimming in sweet gravy. I like to pour on my own gravy!!Christmas crackers were very cheap.Three of us at £165 per head. Expected so much better! Plus added 15% service charge.I have eaten at Petrus and am extremely surprised Gordon allows this restaurant to get away with this! Never again.

From the moment we walked in, we were treated like VIP. The prawn starter was delicious and the steak for main was cooked perfectly. Our server BT was super friendly and provided a service that was above and beyond including allowing us to meet the chef who was also exceptionally friendly and watching him cook was a true pleasure.
