This is by far the worst GP practice I?ve ever had to deal with. There is such little care for patient safety. If you need a prescription it?s often not issued correctly, emails about prescriptions that are missed go ignored and unanswered. I?m not sure how they can do this in good conscience knowing that breaks in medication can have severe adverse effects on patients. The GPs themselves are maxed and contactable only by an app. Often they read your submissions so quickly that hasty decisions on prescriptions are made. Likewise a doctor once signed me up for all blood tests except the one we had discussed. It?s truly horrific

Very very bad service. There is no appointment in any time. If you call or going to online they have no appointment in any cost.online service open 7:30am that?s time I?m trying to wittering problems ( complete there form) in this time they closed its 7:41 am .its not first time almost Everytime. my 4 daughter feels bad her head problems but no appointment. Rubbish service. Rubbish customer service, receptionist.
I try to another GP but I can?t get any other .

My experience has always been pleasant. Staff are friendly and professional. My requests have been dealt with in a timely manner which is really positive given that we are living in times where people are really struggling to get GP appointments in other places. The self-service machines are really easy to use and you can get instant results on blood pressure and weight etc.

Terrible practice! Impossible to get an appointment. The app is difficult to use - you have to be on there at 7:30am to request a same day appointment and they will close your request without contacting you and so you need to phone anyway.

Incompetent staff. Called to book an appointment and the staff goes do it through the app and hanged up. Called again and they said evergreen app downloaded it but it says I currently don?t have access to booking any appt. Called back a third time and they go come into the GP, we?ll show how to use it then go home and book and appt for the following day. Make it make sense. They expect me to go in for an app lesson to the gp and then go home and book gp appointment.

Don't let the new clean space and modern design charm you. I've been patient at this clinic for at least 3 years and something has shifted the past 1.5year.
Their evergreen online consultation is only open from 7.30m to 8am. Receptionist will book for days that the clinic is actually close. GP's are either good or either someone that knows bananas - been to an appointment for a really bad sore throat ongoing for 3days, the treatment: a lot of warm drinks, while in this appointment I asked the doctor for an alternative to Ibuprofen as I can't have it and I suffer of migraines, the GP spent 5min browsing on the Internet to finally prescribe me an antidepressant. Good effort on searching but not once asked how I felt with that treatment option - Next day I had to call 111 for the bad throat which prescribed me 7 days of penicillin!
Another time, the GP wasn't confident and confused with my gynaecology symptoms, told he would speak with a colleague and call back. He never called back, only referred me to specialist - the only good thing that happened so far.
If you're looking for a clinic that has basic service go for it, if you're looking for a empathetic clinic that cares and listen, look elsewhere.

I can 100% relate to all the negative comments regarding the reception staff. They were rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, and overall contributed to a horrible experience.
You seriously need to train your employees in basic customer service?or consider hiring new staff who at least understand how to treat people with respect. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your organization.

This is the worst Gp in the whole UK. Their receptionists are very unprofessional. This morning I went for my appointment, tried to check in with the automated machine, it wasn?t working. There wasn?t any queue, went to the reception desk, there were three people two guys and a girl. They all were talking to each other, they wasn?t bothered to listen to me. They are inexperienced, unhelpful people. They don?t understand professionalism. This GP is like a family run business, I have complained about their service in past unfortunately nothing has improved.

I'm trying to get my mum's Dr IQ app installed on my phone and have been struggling since last week? They don't let her book an appointment without this app as well! It's ridiculous! Rang them for support and I've been a caller number 1 for 45mins!! It's an absolute joke! They clearly just letting the calls just ring and not pick up!
The app is so convoluted and confusing to use! In the end managed to book an appointment for my mum but the triage doctor decided to assign a telephone call with me and not my mum, and my mum wanted a face-to-face! What a waste of time yet again!

I have been with this GP for over 10 years on and off. I wouldn't recommend this GP even to my enemy. The GP has few of the worst trained practitioners. They only care about booking patients' for appointments and getting them out of the door. I hope people will lodge a formal complaint to NHS about this GP. I don't think these NHS staff here are trained to uphold their values and they all should get their training reviewed by regulatory bodies. As a primary carer they will let you down. Unless you have to, do not register here. I am filing a formal complaint for medical negligence. I am a NHS worker myself I know how to behave when you care about your patience and service users. Shame on the GP leads for poor service to their patience and spending all that money on the appearance of the building when they cannot even meet the values they set for themselves. I am currently suffering from pain with worsen symptoms because their inadequacy and lack of empathy.

MENTAL & PHYSICAL NEGLECT BY GP PRACTICE: GOODMAN?S FIELD MEDICAL PRACTICE AKA GOODMAN?S FIELD HEALTH CENTRE
7th April 2025
Every year there is always issues to prescribing a particular medicine (namely Fexofenadine-180mg) that i already had been given by this practice over the years with regards to my hay fever and hive symptoms.
Therefore it does not make any sense for myself to undergo this continuous ordeal, especially physically.
With their prestige location and modern building, this practice is very good at flooding you with regular irrelevant text messages but when it is to do with REAL HEALTH and MENTAL HEALTH issues, they totally IGNORE you (which i am running a separate complaint towards).
I hardly use the services and when i require my yearly remedy for my vital needs, it is a great disappointment.
And finally when they by a MIRACLE reply to your email or in the app, they simply CLEVERLY do not leave their NAME so that they cannot be held accountable.
This is a complete utter NEGLECT with countless of times and someone needs to take SERIOUS ACTION.

Super difficult to get appointments and many other issues but the biggest was- I got diagnosed with something and on the phone the doctor said either take the pill or paracetamol- didn?t advice me on a natural remedy with vitamins or supplements to help my symptoms. I think that has been the worst doctor ever. I will email them one more time to give a chance. And btw. I?m still waiting for my results to be sent (it?s been 3 weeks now).
