This company is a rip off. My washing machine wasn't working and they sent an engineer to fix it on a Friday. Didn't get a call to say why they were not going to fix. Just pre-charged around £90 and end of matter. Called them on Saturday to get idea why and get a refund, the advisor had no clue. Got the original company who supplied me rhe washing machine. They can repair it and sell it on. Glotech then called me saying it will cost £630 to repair. Jokers!!!! Untrustworthy company who I would stay away from and have idiotic engineers!!!!

After an aborted visit last week due to one of the two required engineer being ill, today I called at 09:00am to make sure BOTH engineers were arriving as you?ve rescheduled and I?ve taken the day off, I was assured they were due out today.They arrived to be told the following, firstly who told you it was the drum we don?t think it is!! Then after putting the washing machine on a spin changed to it could be the drum.When I asked if it is or not as there was a £500 drum ready to be fitted, I was then told well if it isn?t it sounds like it could be going anyway!!We were then informed that they can?t do it anyway as it would also require suspension support arms? When asked if they had them on board was told no they would need ordering and paying for.Lastly both said ?why are you paying for all this, the company should have said to buy a new one!!?I have called the office after to be told your in a meeting and when Lucy reviewed my case was told we will give me a refund when youve collect the drum.Absolutely ridiculous and dreadful customer service.So please confirm the following asI have a house of 4 grown adults plus my wife and I that for the lastcalendar month have been without a washing machine awaiting for you to remedy.

If I could give no stars I would. I paid over £500 in advance for an oven repair, plus parts. The fitter never turned up and when I called to find out why, I was told he hadn?t been given the parts, and that I?d be contacted later that day. No one contacted me. I called twice more over the next two days, was told I?d be contacted, and I wasn?t. A month on I cancelled and requested a refund. I was refunded only just over £400. They?re keeping the rest as they think it?s a cancellation. But it?s not ... it?s a broken contract on their side...a repair they never turned up for or contacted me about. I?m on the case, but this should not happen to anyone. It?s unprofessional in the extreme.

They came out and looked at the repair job (dishwasher) and ordered the parts.Visit1 was cancelled because they only had one of the two hinges required for the job.Visit 2 was cancelled because no parts were sent out to any engineers that dayVisit 3 was cancelled because engineer was sickVisit 4 did not turn upVisit 5 turned up only to find that they had diagnosed the job incorrectly and needed different partsHave been chasing daily for the senior engineer to confirm the cost to fix the appliance. Have finally found this out and the cost of the part is more than £300 so not worth it. I could have saved myself 3 weeks of washing up by hand if they had done their job properly on day 1.No one with any authority will speak to me.This business show no urgency or care for their customers.AVOID!

Ordered new dishwasher with installation/fitting on 10 May - took full payment. Was told would be contacted within the week by installation company. Heard nothing - no update. Chased on 23 May, was told problem with obtaining product - couldn't update and didn't seem to know what was happening. Cancelled order and awaiting refund. Poor customer update/service.

The engineer (Andy) was very knowledgeable and identified the issue quickly; he was a polite friendly chap and helpful. He completed the repair and left the work area in good condition. I am very pleased with the response and service provided by Andy from Glotech and would recommend and use Glotech again. Thank you for the quick repair to my LG washing machine.

Amy & Leon helped us massively with our kitchen when our original quote at another local company came back a lot higher than expected! The St Albans showroom had loads of options for us to see in person. Amy found the best appliances for us and was very knowledgeable on what would work not only just in our space, but what would work for our large family as well. Leon was amazing at designing our new kitchen, we felt very well looked after - all while slashing the quote given by the other company! The communication with both of them has been brilliant and it is clear they are both very passionate & very good at their jobs. Will definitely be back for any further kitchen needs. This is company is fraud and theives. They will take a £100 to inspect the appliance, then they will tell spare parts required, then you will pay for spare parts waiting for someone to come on time but no one will come.They are money takers and never respect their appointments .THEIEVS, THEIVES
