I went yesterday and ordered a chicken kebab to take away. I said chicken three times when asked, but when I arrived home the meat was lamb. I don't like, so I paid around £9 for something that I didn't eat. They should be more careful when giving people their orders.

Disappointed that I ordered a gym box mix and I had just a small portion of beef. Not only did i spend more money I also received far less product. I'm not sure why they have ruined my order twice in a row now, once it was through ubereats and another was in person. Very questionable service considering there was only 1 other person there and it wasn't peak time at all, 2pm on a Friday afternoon.

Ordered a rice bowl and they put a tiny squirt of garlic sauce, i told them my rice is completely dry I can?t eat without sauce. She said I could have more ketchup but no chilli or garlic sauce. She would charge for chilli sauce. Imagine if Nando?s asked for more money every time you added sauce to your chicken or rice. Please don?t order the rice bowl it?s not worth the £8 the gym box comes with three sauces and is cheaper and healthier. I swallowed my rice with water. Staff are not bothered at all. She said no then went back to drinking her red bull.

The food is fine, but the customer service is terrible. I went there yesterday, and all the tables were very dirty. I asked for a table to be cleaned so I could eat, and the girl took a wet cloth and wiped the table, leaving it so wet that it was disgusting to sit down. I ended up having to wipe the table myself.

Big portions. Nice clean cut meat. Fresh salad. Sauces extra provided if you ask for it. Great service.

Food of GDK is very nice in every branch but, the staff service is very bad specially back of the house they are not making food on time.they are using mobile phones, and taking with each other and doesn't focus on costumer order. I will never go to this branch next time. Because, they are waisting time of the costumer.

Food was really nice however , before bringing over the food the lady at the til said that you need to be finished eating at 10:30pm it was 10:09 pm forced me to say yes before food was brought over only to be constantly stared at when I was eating even though closing time is 11pm such bad attitude for so uncalled for , we could have easily went to the other doners on ilford lane.

I orders OG kebab via phone call & went to the restaurant to upgrade the order as meal. The lady in reception she help me to order as a meal.
However, there was two guy in the kitchen. One of the guy using left hand to make my kebab. Even he came from outside of the kitchen I can assumed came from toilet. It was look disgusting as I seen how he made my kebab & also the fries they give me old one It was left over . They just put the frier again to make it warm. The kebab by self was not tastes at all. I?m regular customers in German donner kebab but this time it disappointed me.
